This Situation Report follows my previous report today on why three Zeta craft flew low (4000-5000 feet altitude) leisurely over Manhattan (NYC)'s West Side yesterday afternoon.

In that previous report, I stated that the reason was: "They are fulfilling their pledge that if the U.S. Administration did not stop the UFO Cover-Up and begin immediately cooperating with Star Nations' representative on Earth, the Councillor of Earth, to plan an orderly release of information about what the government knows about UFOs/Star Visitors, that the Star Visitors would begin a series of highly-visible, increasingly-dramatic displays-of-presence over major U.S. population centers until the U.S. government simply can't avoid any longer admitting to its people that UFOs are real and that Star Visitors are in contact with the U.S. (and other) governments."
Now, as radio commentator Paul Harvey would say, here is the rest of the story.
In approximately December of last year, U.S. President Barack Obama issued a classified Executive Order directing officials in his Administration, principally in the National Security Council (NSC) and its Special Studies Group (SSG), to begin work on a Plan for a series of Government Official Public Acknowledgments of UFO reality and Star Visitor Contacts.
The President issued that Executive Order pursuant to an official Agreement with Star Nations (the organization of all intelligent advanced civilizations in our galaxy) that the U.S. Government would begin publicly acknowledging UFO reality before 2010 was over.
The point-person for the government's process of planning for this series of Acknowledgments was Dr. Barbara McNamara, Director of NSC's Special Studies Group. Last December I began efforts to contact SSG's McNamara by phone, email, and written correspondence to introduce myself as Star Nations' designated representative on Earth and to offer cooperative planning. Over 11 months I continued outreach efforts. I also reached out to her supervisor, Samantha Power, NSC's Senior Director for Multi-Lateral Affairs, and Power's supervisors, Deputy National Security Advisor Thomas Donilon and National Security Advisor Gen. James Jones. I also reached out to President Obama and Vice-President Biden.
In my outreach messages I explained that Star Nations wished and expected to be part of the U.S. Government's series of Public acknowledgments, by such things as providing corroborative evidence, and that therefore NSC and its Special Studies Group should coordinate with Star Nations' designated Earth representative, the Councillor of Earth, to participate in that Plan development and to arrange Star Nations' coordination with the government Acknowledgment Announcements, as already agreed upon in the U.S.-Star Nations Agreement.
All these past 11 months Star Nations and I have been stonewalled by SSG's McNamara and her supervisors all the way up the chain of command to the President.
Finally Star Nations' (and my) patience became exhausted. It is clear that the President's Executive Order has not been followed out by SSG Director McNamara, and that she has been rebuffing any cooperation with Star Nations.
Two Star Visitors, and I, informed the Administration that Star Nations (and I) would do longer deal with SSG Director Barbara McNamara and instead wished Senior Director Samantha Power designated to replace Dr. McNamara in all Star Nations matters.
The U.S. Administration was given the deadline of midnight (EDT) last Wednesday, Oct. 6 to contact the Star Nations Councillor of/for Earth and begin cooperative planning. The Administration was told that unless they made immediate contact, that Star Nations would forthwith begin a series of highly-visible dramatic displays-of-presence over major U.S. population centers such that the government would no longer be able to maintain the UFO Cover-Up. That Deadline came and went without the Administration budging from its stonewalling position.
Starting the next day and completed by last Friday, Oct. 8, all the Star Visitor volunteer consultants working with U.S. scientists and other officials had gone on strike, cleared out their desks and failed to report at their regular time and work station in a total boycott. Instead the entire group of Star Visitor consultants to the U.S. withdrew from Earth and are parked in their starcraft out well beyond Pluto, in a total strike and boycott of all U.S. installations and facilities. That same day I sent the following message of notification to President Obama.

Dear Mr. President:
As you have undoubtedly heard by now, those Star Visitor volunteers who have been serving as technical consultants and instructors in U.S. Government-sanctioned facilities have withdrawn from their assignment posts and left Earth.
They have done so as a protest of the U.S. Government’s refusal to communicate with and coordinate with Star Nations’ representative on Earth, the Councillor of/for Earth.
These Star Visitor consultants have not withdrawn from other countries, because Star Nations’ issue, Treaty non-compliance, is only with the United States.
The Star Visitor consultants will remain away until the United States Government comes into compliance with its Treaty obligation to plan and execute Official Acknowledgment of Star Visitors Contact starting this year in cooperation with Star Nations, which in practical terms means working on the planning phase now in cooperation with Star Nations’ designated Earth representative, the Councillor of/for Earth.
When Star Nations is satisfied that such U.S. Government full cooperation with Earth’s Councillor is happening, then those volunteer Star Visitor consultants will return to resume providing assistance.

And now today, as CBS News has reported, three Zeta craft flew low and slow over Manhattan (NYC), New York in a highly-visible, televised display-of-presence. This will keep up until President Obama gets his staff to stop stalling and begin cooperative planning with Star Nations' designate to develop a series of Public Acknowledgments of UFO reality and the history of U.S. government contacts with Star Visitors.
Besides the loss of the brilliant minds and wise hearts of the hundreds of Star Visitor volunteer consultants, there are several other implications which should be mentioned.
Now that all the Star Visitor consultants are gone from U.S. facilities, any persons who are left that look like Star Visitors fall into one of three categories:
1) Star Visitors being held unlawfully captive by Cabal personnel infiltrated into U.S. military and intelligence unit;.
2) Star Visitor clones, wrongfully bioengineered by Cabal technicians to work as de-facto slaves in Cabal work sites;
3) Cabal fake "aliens" costumed and sometimes surgically altered to look "extraterrestrial" in order to provide leverage and intimidation to get U.S. officials to do Cabal bidding.
Now that there is no possibility of mistaken identification, U.S. authorities are expected to forthwith:
1) free captive Star Visitors wherever held;
2) liberate the Star Visitor clones from Cabal clutches and to stand by for further instructions from Star Nations about when, where, and how these clones will be repatriated by Star Nations to their star race of genetic ancestry;
3) arrest and indict the Cabal fake "aliens" and their handlers under RICO statutes and other laws as co-conspirators in an on-going shake-down of government officials under false colors.
If the U.S. Administration gets enough of Star Nations' highly-visible displays-of-presence and is ready to come to their senses and begin cooperative planning on an orderly series of U.S. Official Public Acknowledgments, then President Obama and NSC Senior Director Samantha Power have only to call the Councillor of Earth's phone.
If they don't have the number, I'm sure the NSA does.

Yes, it seems that the preferred method of conflict resolution for Star Visitors is to protest noisily and, if that doesn't work, to shut everything down.

It is now time to put out the following critically-important information, which will have global implications.
The end of the UFO Cover-Up is in sight. And it will be this year.
I am writing this from the perspective of being within the United States, virtually the last Major Power country to still not have told its people the truth about UFO reality.
France has. UK has. China passively allows UFO information to be broadcast freely without restraint. Fox News reported that last year the Russian Navy declassified its records of UFO encounters, as reported on the Web site of the English-language Russian news channel Russia Today.
Who is the one major-power hold-out? The United States. But soon, no more.
The rest of 2010 will be something to watch, either in the newspapers, on TV or radio news, or in the skies overhead!

Here are those Four Important Dates.

1) United Nations Day, October 24. Star Nations will begin a series of massive, dramatic, unmistakable set of displays-of-presence by large flotillas of starcraft presenting
themselves low enough in the sky overhead as to be quite visible to
people. These massive displays will be focused on the skies over the
United States because the U.S. is the major one hold-out country to have
not yet come clean with its people about UFO reality and Star Visitors
contact.
The purpose of these starcraft displays is a) to pressure the U.S. Administration to stop perpetuating its silence about UFO matters, and
b) to pressure the U.S. Government to begin without further
delay diplomatic dialogue with Star Nations' representative on Earth,
Councillor of Earth, so that Star Nations can collaboratively plan with
the U.S. Government how to unfold a series of Official Government
Acknowledgments/Announcements about Star Visitors reality, contacts,
communications, and gifts which have been shared.

2) November 9. [This date is approximate, it could be Nov. 8 or 10.] This is the date that Washington will finally stop stonewalling and instead begin
cooperating with the Councillor of/for Earth in jointly planning a
series of Official Government Acknowledgments of Star Visitor Contacts, starting this year!
While it is anticipated that Washington will want to keep these initial
diplomatic dialogues private, with only White House and National
Security Council officials meeting with the Star Nations delegation, you
will be able to tell that these diplomatic dialogues have indeed gotten
under way by the fact that the relentless massive sky displays since
October 24th until then will have stopped as soon as the diplomatic
dialogues have gotten started.

3) December 25-26 weekend. The first of a series of Official U.S. Government Acknowledgments of UFO Reality will be made over the Christmas weekend of Dec. 25-26! That will be your extra Christmas present under the tree
this year: The U.S. Government will finally stop lying about UFOs to its
people after 63 years!
But wait, you say, Christmas weekend is a terrible time to make such an important announcement. People are busy celebrating Christmas, going to
relatives for Christmas dinner, the National Football League Christmas
game will be on TV on Christmas Saturday, December 25 (the
Dallas Cowboys versus the Arizona Cardinals), etc. People will be BUSY
and distracted. How can the government expects its news release to get
much coverage at such a busy time?
Exactly! The U.S. Government has demonstrated for over 60 years that it earns no Profile in Courage in regard to UFO honesty. So it is foreseen that
the Administration will try to "bury" this news release by putting it
out on Christmas.
Ho, ho, ho! Your tax dollars at work.
However, come 2011, the government's stalling and delaying its facing up to UFO reality has a very short time window to get its citizens caught up on 63 years of contacts with Star Visitors, information, communications, and accepting Star Visitor
consultants to work here to help our scientists make the marvelous
advances we have been seeing.
The short time window to get all the government admissions done is Dec. 25-May 20. Why? Because as of May 21, the American public (and the world) will see in person or on television Star Visitors in the audience of a major
televised event in Philadelphia, at which Star Visitors will be some of
the Speakers!! That event is described below.

4) May 21-22 weekend. An Advanced Workshop for Star Seed adults, Star Kids and their families will take place the May 21-22, 2011 weekend in Philadelphia (the City of Brotherly Love). At this event scores of Star Visitors will be in the audience, and a number of Star Visitors will be featured as Speakers at this Advanced Workshop. This Workshop is being planned in collaboration with Star Nations.
One of the Speakers will be the leader of a planet in a star system 17 light years distant which has two inhabited planets. It is anticipated
that this Star Visitor will bring a family member with him who will also
make a presentation.
Another Speaker will be an Estican (Mantoid) Incarnate Human who is authorized to speak on behalf of her people since she is the niece of
the Estican People's Councillor representative to Star Nations.
Other Star Visitors will also address the gathering.
Two teenage Star Kids will be Speakers, and will speak on the challenges of growing up as a Star Kid in a culture which has not provided any recognition of Star Kids.
A Star Seed adult Speaker, who has been downloaded with unprecedented Star Visitors information for the public, will provide a Revised History of Planet Earth, including: who first discovered this planet,where the dinosaurs really
fit into Earth's time-line, who first bioengineered Homo Sapiens, did
Darwin overstate evolution?, the histories of precedent civilizations
Lemuria and Atlantis, who built the pyramids and why, other life forms
on Earth not now recognized as existing and highly-intelligent, who the
Great Religious Teachers/Avatars really were, which star races have
interacted with Humans over the course of our history, and the history
of Star Visitors' interactions with today's governments, the
technologies shared with those governments, and what the governments are
hiding from us.

And Dr. Richard Boylan, the Councillor of/for Earth, will be making presentations and explaining the advanced abilities of Star Seeds and Star Kids, and be leading demonstrations of some of those psychic abilities.
Star Visitors have foreshown that this Workshop will be televised nationally, and thence rebroadcasted globally.
This Advanced Workshop will serve as a powerful trigger which will awake recognition in millions of Star Seeds and Star Kids around the
globe as to their true and full identity, why they are different, and
what their full potential of abilities is.
After this Advanced Workshop is over Sunday afternoon May 22, the U.S. Government will not be able to return to business as usual. The cultural beachhead of the Transition of human society into one which
must be seen as cosmic in scope will have been achieved.
Plan to be there and watch history being made!

Sherry Shriner (my favorite anti-NESARA loon - she doesn't believe it's a scam or hoax but that it's real and evidence of the devil) has these words on aliens on earth.

NESARA is the economic and political program of the Antichrist. Known as the National Economic Security And Reformation Act it is better described as a
National Evil Snake, Annunaki (and) Reptilian Association or simply,
Neo-logical Excrement Spread Artfully Round America

They promote it as a Restoration of our Constitutional freedoms, cures for illnesses and new energy sources, financial and banking improvements, removal of corrupt government officials, and the beginning of more peace on Earth and more -- all alleged improvements to begin with NESARA’s announcement.

Sounds good but we know it's a lie!

They will use this platform to get their feet on the earth and then once they are here they will blame their failures on not being able to implement their program on true believers of the Most High and begin a cleansing program on earth!

Others refer to it as "First Contact."

Our first official publicized contact with Space Aliens will involve a treaty that implements NESARA here in America. This will be enforced on the entire world as well. These aliens will not look like little green men. They are Anuk, tall, angelic humanoid creatures coming as Ascended Masters, Space ship Commanders, Messiahs, those who have reached Godhood, angels etc...Maitreya, Al Gore, and Obama are part of this clan as well.

These Tall Greys, Lizards and Anuk are fallen angels, kicked out of heaven with Lucifer when he rebelled against the Most High God. There is nothing new about NESARA. It is the same program Lucifer implemented as a high ranking cherub before he rebelled against the Most High God.

In Revelation chapter 13 the Bible describes the second beast, the False Prophet, who will enforce a worldwide economic program. NESARA fulfills this prophecy.

NESARA is a foot in the door for Satan's alien forces. If they can get people to buy this "peace and prosperity" agenda then they are getting acceptance to come on earth and implement it. Once these Reptiles and Lizards are in control they will ratify parts 2&3 of NESARA that nullify part 1 and begin their own agenda of cannibalism and murdering the inhabitants of America.

I disagree. Considering that insulting Americans is an art form in France, I don't think an apology is in order. But I'd love it if the Star Visitors attempted to negotiate with the French rather than the USA or even UN, as then the French would have someone else to insult.

Does anybody else think the reason why the "UFO" files are classified is because we know exactly what they are? Most sitings are of strange lights at night, um you can put lights anywhere in any thing, maybe we desquise test planes like that?

In the 1950's we had a squadron of b-47 bombers based out of England that had running lights running down both sides of the fuselage at night they looked like an airliner, there purpose? Fly a nuclear bomb in the heart of Russia.
