NEWS FROM THE FRONT

SPECIAL EDITION

PRAY FOR ED AND ELAINE

Enough said.

TREASURY DEPARTMENT

MAKES LAME RESPONSE—RESPOND!

You may have received a “response” to your letters to the Secretary of the Treasury in the form of a letter signed by a La Tanya Wilson and enclosing a 61 page laundry list of “Frivolous Tax Arguments”. It is impossible to imagine what these people are thinking! The postage on these mailings comes to $1.65 and the form letter and enclosed “Frivolous” list is totally unresponsive to your letters. What a waste.

Neither the form letter nor its enclosure address one single issue raised in your demand that the fraud and extortion cease. No liability provision is referenced. No basis for their claiming that 100% of earnings is profit (income). No response to the exemption from taxation of your fundamental right to earn a living through any lawful occupation is provided. What is there is 99% Tax Court cases, which are entitled to absolutely no weight, even by IRS standards.

So, keep sending the follow-up letter to everyone but the Secretary and start sending him the “inadequate response” letter in your Kombat Kit. Your response to their lame answer needs to be as immediate as possible to let him know that you are not the idiot he apparently thinks you are and cannot be brushed off with an unresponsive, generic mailer.
Oh, by all means.....let him know you aren't the idiot he thinks you are.....you're the idiot that needs someone else to TELL you which unresponsive generic mailer to send.

Yes, by all means they should let La Tanya Wilson know that they are the idiots her mother warned her about...

Is there an insanity (or "diminished capacity") defense to the $5,000 frivolous return penalty?

Face it, these guys are so far gone that they don't see any way that their frivolous arguments are in any way similar to the IRS list of frivolous arguments.

It's the same kind of nonsense we get from Dulten all the time. He agrees that wages are income subject to tax, but claims that common-law work-for-pay is not "wages."

In a few years, when the "TP" is in court and claims that they did not know their arguement was frivolous, the government whips out their letter, the one where the "TP" complains about the cost of receiving the list of IRS frivolous arguements. Game, set, match to the government.
I hadn't thought of that, but you are right....is "Truth Attack" actually the death of the "But I'm really a moron" defense?[/u]
