Out laws legal services
Seems these jag-offs shut down their forum. I've been on fire over Mike Avery and his band of missfits for 3 long years.
I've beat them down repeatedly on "legal" topics(all of which they promote as the icing on the cake)
I've reported them to the BBB, which seems equally as worthless, and finally the FBI(several times, as well as sucky site 1 & 2) Perhaps my tax dollars are finally working!

I know, I made a complaint to the FBI in Florida after he ripped me off.Demosthenes wrote:Avery has not gone unnoticed at the federal level.
I don't think that place is what it once was. At one time, I believe they were very helpfull. But, like lawyers, doctors, and so on, I guess over time it all just comes down to money.
I find that to be a little bit sad, as people who can't afford a shyster need other options, not like sui juris 1 & 2, but a service that has people who have been in the court room doing this for years.
Maybe it's not Mike himself. Could be some of the people who work for him. He's a smart guy, I'll give credit where credit is due. But when your prices are far above what the average shyster tries to scam you for, I don't have much use for people like that.
I can help them!
Who are you talking about? Could you please link me to the website?
I can help them get on track.

David Merrill.

Do you suppose that is what it means when they say Under state law? You see Scoop; there are people around here who believe that if the IRS agent chooses this to the US district court venue, they do not have to abide by the state stipulations for process...
