No.
You refuse to explain who the complaining party is? Why? What are you scared of?
Why are you afraid to admit that you can hurt society itself without doing much damage to any particular individual? I have mentioned a few times now how you can legally "opt out" if you want. I have a home in Gettysburg which is not far from you, next time I get out there I'd be happy to drive you to the Canadian border to get you started (albeit in the trunk) but from Ontario to Somalia you're on your own....

Face palm moment!

Go to Afghanistan! They have a US Embassy, but within 100 miles of there you can be out in total freedom, no IRS, no traffic court, no school levies, you should love it!

Rights? Not sure what you mean, the only "rights" that I recognize are those granted by Governments. Otherwise, I don't believe that there are "rights" in some cosmic, natural sense.

I do believe in justice, fairness, and general morality. Thus, not paying taxes, but benefiting from them is unjust, unfair, and makes you a slimy skuzball.

Let me ask you this - have you ever traveled to a third world country and lived amongst the poor? Have you spent time in that country away from resorts (if there are any)? I have. I have seen what my taxes do for society and I've seen a country where you can pretty do whatever you feel. I much prefer the US and I gladly (albeit grumbling at year-end) pay my taxes.

But this board isn't about taxing as much as possible, its about pointing the selfish mindset that would refuse to pay taxes based on a moronic and stupid theory. In reality, most of us on here (Burzmali excluded) would like to see taxes be as low as possible while maintaining a good and fair society.

You violate the financial rights of the rest of the world to not support your worthless ass. Every time you drive on a road, send a kid to school, take dear old mom to her medicare appointment, you are a simple common thief who is freeloading on better people. When you rot in jail, I'll be ordering another margarita on the beach, and the fact that the IRS wheels grind slowly only makes the final resolution funnier.

Rights? Not sure what you mean,
I mean, who is the United States of America? When I go to court for not paying federal income taxes, who does the United States of America represent? Who exactly is claiming to have been injured for me not paying taxes?

So when I don't pay taxes, and I go to court, the plaintiff "The United States of America" is all the people on the planet?

I hate to get caught up in this silly question/answer game, but I would point out that the Constitution establishes at least one crime as to which there is no particular injured party other than the government itself (the itsy bitsy "Spideynw" can go up the water spout and figure out which one).

The short answer is that the government, in the exercise of its police power or soverign power functions, has since the English Common Law established common law crimes, made certain offenses crimes against the state or government, none of which required an injury to any particular individual citizen.

So when the plaintiff is "The United States of America", who does that represent?

And when the plaintiff is the State of Texas, the Plaintiff is the State of Texas. And, when the Plaintiff is the Bexar County Tax Assessor Collector, the Plaintiff is the Tax Assessor Collector acting in her capacity as collector of taxes for the benefit of the county and its citizens.

Now, since both LPC and I have restated the obvious in response to your silly issues, I am going to put you on "ignore" and will stop feeding the troll.
