If you ever need a checklist of all the silly sovrun myths, on a single page, this guy's site is the spot. All caps, copyrighted/trademarked name, all is commerce, corporate governments, "no dolus Honorable Billy-Gene II :Norris , living soul, sui juris, Agent, a lawful human, Secured Party, Trustee, Right living being and Attorney-in-Fact for ™“BILLY GENE NORRIS II”©" - it's all there.

I particularly like two things:

(1) His "Denial of Corporate Existence", which begins with a bunch of wingdings (as opposed to "ding-a-lings").

(2) His "Fee Schedule" for "policy enforcement/peace officers, principals, officers, agents, representatives, judges or justice system participants, correctional institutions, or any other government hire(s), who cannot justify their actions due to the absence of a written bonafide contract signed by me that supports their actions and/or due to the absence of an appropriate affidavit that would support/justify their actions (must have lawful cause/excuse) and/or due to the absence of proof of claim".

Oh, and he published part of it on Craigslist. That should seal it, right?

Wonder if this guy is the "William Eugene Norris" who was thoroughly nailed for drunk driving in Ohio. He refused to take a breathalyzer test and then thought that he could not be convicted. He learned different.

In Ohio refusing to take a breathalyzer results in an automatic 180 day suspension of your driver's license, but the law is so written here that for some reason any attorney will advise you to never take one. More than a few state legislators and the Chief Justice of the Ohio Supreme Court have gotten DUIs (Mdme. Chief Justice in a state vehicle) and refused the test (the Chief Justice got rude and on video tape repeatedly asked the State Trooper "Do you know who I am? I'm on important business!") and were either acquitted of the DUI or had it reduced to reckless operation. I'm told, if you know what you're doing, it's pretty hard to get convicted of DUI in Ohio. Which might explain the story we get every year or so of the SOB who finally kills someone on the 18th time they were "charged" with DUI. A guy in Maineville (my primary home and a village of 600 odd people) killed 2 children a few years ago in a wreck at noon, blew .28 (3 times legal here) and they ended up dropping the DUI but convicted him of Vehicular Homicide. He had previously, over a period of ten years or so, been CHARGED but NEVER convicted of DUI 23 times. He doesn't even have to have orange DUI Offender plates to this day (if he's out of prison) because even in this one they convicted him of another charge, but not the DUI. These people typically are driving under suspension, but almost anyone who isn't too drunk in front of the Judge can get restricted privileges, drive to work, to pick up the kids, doctors and pharmacies etc... and then we have a moderate population of sov'run idiots who have cardboard plates that say "private conveyance not used in commerce" that one of the local stupid societies print up, that the police gave up on and just let them drive like that unless they have something else to pull them over.

We need more damn jails.

Wes, wanted to thank you for this little gem. Fortunately my coffee was our of harm's reach and I wasn't eating anything at the time, so both my personal health, and my keyboard were unaffected. You're right, I think he pretty much has it all in one convenient fully packed little site. I have seldom seem so much craziness and nonsense in one spot before. I think, as someone else, Grixit???, pointed out, all he is missing are the shape shifting lizards from wherever and it would be complete.
