Two words: supremacy clause.
I can only imagine what will happen when someone starts up the Magna Charta Rangers.

I don't know...what document that is totally irrelevant to the tax code are they protecting? As I see it, here's what left:

a) the Articles of Confederation
b) the Declaration of Arbroath
c) the Roanoke Charter
d) Robert's Rules of Order
e) the Domesday Book
f) Salic Law

Latest post from the "Sunday AM Bringing Up to Date Dept": To no one's great shock, Armstrong continues filing gibberish. Hey, he's in jail, what else does he have to do? Here is 30 pages of absolutely nothing that makes any sense from a few days ago. Pulling a passage virtually at random (from page 2, which is as far as I got):
The affiant is NUNC PRO TUNC. The facts are that I am the principal and you are the agent. Fail not your oath, lest you will be called to answer before the Highest Court of International Law, which is in session every other Thursday above Bubba's Fillin' Station until the beer runs out.
Awright, awright, so the last clause is mine. Armstrong has filed many others like this. Somebody else pay to load 'em into the RECAP archive.

The Court collected several of these pieces of epic and denied them (very liberally construing the crap as motions to dismiss) in a single opinion. IMHO, this decision is a good example of why courts should at least consider not deciding patent bullshit with more words than "Denied". Responding to nonsense dignifies it. The judge did, however, give us a new phrase to apply to TP "arguments": "jejune and feckless". I think I litigated against those guys once.

Ah, but Armstrong has figured out the irrefutable response to orders he doesn't like: he has made up a half-page "refusal for cause", and attaches it to the order and returns the package to the Court. That'll show 'em.

Well, that document isn't going to get him anywhere, it doesn't have a thumbprint on it.

Yea ... and it was done "under necessity." That's a real show-stopper. :brickwall:

With respect to the Court's opinion: There is something inherently dangerous about an annoyed judge with access to an on-line thesaurus.

Defendant Armstrong represents that his lawsuit was filed in a court the
Government has never heard of.
Indeed?? Never heard of?

Also love the appeal for prima facie rejection of all of Tit. 18 as "unconstitutional." I know of several interstate drug dealers currently sitting it out in federal prison who could have used this very tactic and still be out on the open road, :D

Is this somehow more powerful than Merrill's scribbled red crayon response to similar bad news?

Probably not, since the end result was obviously the same.

Armstrong is a family member of mine and we're all in disbelief over this whole thing. He obviously has lost his sanity and has no sense of reality!
