Hey, JRB - this guy's a real hoot. Every places has its wackos, but Texas seems to grow 'em bigger and wackier. I can't find your case, but I did find the below.
Last year, Tesi sued the bank that apparently holds his mortgage - Chase Home Mortgage - in
a 100-page complaint consisting entirely of incomprehensible gibberish. Part of his claim for entitlement to judgment is that Jamie Dixon, the chairman of Chase, failed to appear before the "Common Law Court of Robertson County, Republic of Texas". Chase removed to TXND. Tesi almost immediately files
this document, in which he notes that, since he "is not a 2nd class lowlife scumbag 14th amendment to the U.S. charter citizen", he "HEREBY FIRED" Judge Means and all of the lawyers for Chase and the other defendants, and "Orders" that all of the documents they filed are "void". He goes on to "order" that, if Judge Means should dare to address him again, he (Tesi) will be entitled to "One Million (1,000,000) Dollars, silver or gold species".
Well, Judge Means not only addresses Tesi again, he has the gall to demand that Tesi together with the others file a joint discovery plan. Instead, Tesi files
this, explaining that he can't file a joint plan because Dixon won't take his calls. He uses the headings of what is obviously a form joint discovery order, but fills in his own delusions. For example, in the section about whether it is to be trial by jury, Tesi writes the he demands trial by "Common Law Blue Ribbon Jury". Pabst, no doubt.
Having had enough by now, Judge Means dismisses the case. Tesi then files
this, in which he swears that they will all (including the judge) be indicted by "common law grand jury". That was almost a year ago. I assume all the miscreants are now in jail.
