Interesting font. I am glad that the court is not allowing them to contact the jurors. It seems to me that that would set a precedent to put jurors at risk. Better have, say a panel of retired judges, to handle such inquiries if they are deemed necessary.

Whoever speaks to the jurors, Snipes seeks to impeach the verdict. So long as FRE 606(b) is the law, that's not gonna happen.

I would think that two years out would be a bit long for them to be trying to claim anything against the jury. I would wonder how well most of them would even remember the whole thing at this remove to begin with.
