Turned off the sound and watched about half of it.
Two impressions:
(1) He's sitting in a big expensive house on a large lot, on a well-kept suburban street in a fancy, well-policed neighborhood, and he's advocating non-payment of taxes? There's a bit of a disconnect here...
(2) I don't like being poked in the eye. He seems to be rather fond of doing that.
