It is worth remembering that, in order for Springer to "win" this motion, he had to LOSE the entire lawsuit. As the loser, he was being hit with the opposition's attorneys fees. Only because the opposition was too sluggish about filing its claim for its fees does Springer "win" this post-trial round.

More to the point, the only reason he "WON" was because the other side was even poorer at lawyering than he is, as in didn't file when they should have, not that they were in the wrong at any point. Those are the only kind of "WINS" Lindsey has to his record at this point.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.
