my group has several positions, we have submitted a SPE (Special Purpose Entity) LLC that passed compliance and can enroll Jan. 21 - 28th 2009.

Looking for Joint Venture Partners with funds to share 2/3 of the profits and NEVER have the funds at risk or out of their control.

JV Partner Group will arrange for a business account in the name of the funds Owner and the LLC to be opened.
The funds Owner as the only Signatory and sole control over the bank account. (Control can be verified before any funds are transferred)
The funds Owner will be required to request a Blocked Funds Letter issued to the trade group.

It is an obvious scam. Please report the names of the scammers running this deal to your state's attorney general's office, and hire an attorney immediately to get your money back.

This is known as a "high-yield interest program" scam. We've only seen about 5,000 of this type of scam before, but every year new victims fall for it.

The amount of initial investment is different but the underlying script is the same, i.e. "Investor has total control of his/her money" etc. This sort of "program" is total nonsense and as wisely suggested by other posters, you should have no dealings with this sort of scam.
