Tax Court gets tough on TP (Roye)

Tax Court imposes the fraudulent failure to file penalty (6651f) and 6673 penalty in the amount of $15,000 on TP with pool-cleaning business.

It's too bad Mr. Roye had to argue his case before Mr. Hall had written the CTC study guide.
Remember that CtC is about the rule of law.
