Now, all they have to do is have some brave soul make a citizen’s arrest and somehow get the money together to build and maintain a common-law prison.

Pope, Queen and Canadian Prime Minister found Guilty of Crimes against Humanity and Sentenced to Twenty Five Year Prison Terms

Court Orders them to Surrender by March 4 or face Citizens' Arrests

Brussels: Pope Benedict will go to jail for twenty five years for his role in Crimes against Humanity, and Vatican wealth and property is to be seized, according to today's historic verdict of the International Common Law Court of Justice. The Brussels-based Court handed down a unanimous guilty verdict from its Citizen Jurors and ordered the citizens' arrest of thirty Defendants commencing March 4 in a Court Order issued to them today. The verdict read in part, "We the Citizen Jury find that the Defendants in this case are guilty of the two indictments, that is, they are guilty of committing or aiding and abetting Crimes against Humanity, and of being part of an ongoing Criminal Conspiracy "The Jury ruled that each Defendant receive a mandatory twenty five year prison sentence without parole, and have all their personal assets seized. The Court went on to declare in its Order No. 022513-001,"The Defendants are ordered to surrender themselves voluntarily to Peace Officers and Agents authorized by this COURT, having been found Guilty as charged. "The Defendants have seven days from the issuing of this ORDER, until March 4, 2103, to comply. After March 4, 2013, an International Arrest Warrant will be issued against these Defendants". The guilty parties include Elizabeth Windsor, Queen of England, Stephen Harper, Prime Minister of Canada, and the head officers of the Catholic, Anglican and United Church of Canada. (A complete copy of the Verdict, the Court Order and a list of the Defendants is enclosed on the accompanying you tube link).The guilty verdict followed nearly a month of deliberations by more than thirty sworn Citizen Jurors of the 150 case exhibits produced by Court Prosecutors. These exhibits detailed irrefutable proof of a massive criminal conspiracy by the Defendants' institutions to commit and conceal Genocide on generations of children in so-called Indian residential schools across Canada. None of the Defendants challenged or disputed a Public Summons issued to them last September; nor did they deny the charges made against them, or offer counter evidence to the Court. "Their silence told me a lot. Why wouldn't innocent people defend their own reputation when accused of such horrible things?" commented one Juror, based in England. "These crimes were aimed at children, and were a cold and calculated plan to wipe out Indians who weren't Christians. And the defendants clearly are still covering up this crime. So we felt we had to do more than slap their wrist. The whole reign of terror by state-backed churches that are above the law has to end, because children still suffer from it". The Court's judgment declares the wealth and property of the churches responsible for the Canadian genocide to be forfeited and placed under public ownership, as reparations for the families of the more than 50,000 children who died in the residential schools. To enforce its sentence, the Court has empowered citizens in Canada, the United States, England, Italy and a dozen other nations to act as its legal agents armed with warrants, and peacefully occupy and seize properties of the Roman Catholic, Anglican and United Church of Canada, which are the main agents in the deaths of these children. "This sentence gives a legal foundation and legitimacy to the church occupations that have already begun by victims of church torture around the world" commented Kevin Annett, the chief adviser to the Prosecutor's Office, who presented its case to the world. The citizens' arrests of these and other Defendants will commence on March 4 if they do not surrender themselves and their assets, as per the Court Order. According to the Holy Bible ALL these people involved will serve a sentence of torture in the Burning Hell without water for Eternity!!! According to Drake when the Ascension comes for 1st the 4th dimension they can save themselves and claim they did no wrong, and when they get to the 5th dimension they will be perfect like the rest of us, so they have a 2nd chance of (Christians point of view, Salvation)!!!

Maybe the Courts should look into the Property that should be Seized as it actually belongs to the Rothschilds, as Pope Benedict, Elizabeth Windsor, and Stephen Harper are ALL PROPERTY (SLAVES) of the Corporations that the Rothschilds own, so taking the property from the Rothschilds is ILLEGAL!!!

If Pope Benedict, Elizabeth Windsor, and Stephen Harper CAN NOT be ARRESTED as they are SLAVES of the Rothschild's Corporations, then us as individuals, who are required to pay the Income Tax, as we ARE SLAVES of THE UNITED STATES, INC., are EXEMPT from ARREST for ANY crimes we commit! The Rothschilds CAN NOT have it both ways, pay them taxes as we are their property, and prohibit the courts from seizing property from Benedict, Windsor, and Harper!!! It will be interesting to see how the arrests are carried out; if they are carried out, that is. I hope this verdict, some how, has some teeth to it and can be carried out. And if the arrests are carried out, I wonder if that would be enough to wake up the, so called, main stream media.

You failed, either through incompetence or some darker motive, to make any mention of the Prime Minister of Canada in it. He was also convicted and will have to face long-term confinement for his role in "Canadian genocide". We've finally hit the big time! Prime Minister Harper is probably packing his bags and kissing his wife goodbye right now. He is probably pondering where he is supposed to serve his sentence however, no rush. As the conviction stated:

I'm sure, in the next 90 years, the International Common Law Court of Justice will find a place to put them. However I don't think the Pope or the Queen, both in their eighties, will be able to hang around that long.

I have to sadly agree. Harper is milk and cookies compared to his big league cohorts. Plain milk, oatmeal cookies, no raisins. The same Common Law Court that tried and sentenced his predecessor and other church and state officials has today issued an Arrest Warrant against the first Jesuit Pope in history, Jorge Mario Bergoglio.
A signed and sealed copy of the Warrant is attached, and the text follows.
The Argentinian prelate assumed criminal liability and became subject to immediate arrest by occupying the Papal seat in the wake of the conviction of the Vatican as a criminal organization on February 25, 2013.
Bergoglio’s role in the death of Argentinian citizens during that country’s “Dirty War” and in the trafficking of the children of political prisoners also compelled the International Common Law Court of Justice to issue the Warrant today, which is one year in duration.
Italian and Argentinian citizens, and any man or woman, are authorized by the Warrant to be involved in Bergoglio’s public detaining.
“The Pope is the head of a predatory power that is waging an undeclared, centuries-old war against the entire non-Catholic world” commented ITCCS Field Secretary Kevin Annett today in Vancouver, where he delivered a copy of the Arrest Warrant to the Catholic Archdiocese office.
“Since we and our children are being assaulted by a corporation that is a law unto itself, we have the right to defend ourselves and detain or stop altogether those responsible, as in any war”.
A Public Proclamation is being read out in twenty eight countries this week by ITCCS members, publicly banning those church and state officials who cannot be immediately arrested under these Warrants.

What GOOD IS THIS when nothing EVER comes from it?! Where is the TEETH in this decision? It is one thing to write a paragraph or two and publish it, but when the arrest and the sentence is NEVER demonstrated, then it is nothing - NOTHING at all. The people and the common law courts should be the high courts of the land, and should have teeth - but they do not because the people don't enforce these decisions. There will never be improvement in any nation until the people recognize their power and act upon it. Until then, the criminals simply laugh at your words and continue on with their crimes.

We need a leader that can LEAD. I know, people are going to say it comes to everyone of us INDIVIDUALLY, however, the way the systems is engineered, it is impossible for any one single person to make a significant dent on said system, if you are important (think Russo, Phill Shneider, etc.,)either you developed terminal cancer(even when there is no trace of such illness in your family) or you commit suicide(while you are getting ready to celebrate some joyous occasion) or you get killed on a freak accident. If you are any blow Joe they simply lock you up and throw away the key (Cody comes to mind)so is a lost, lost situation. (If you don't agree why is it that after so many years we are more slaved that EVER?? it seems we are almost there....but not just yet!!! LOL!

They talk about "discernment," the ability to tell what rings true. In other words, what you want to believe. Also used in, "Discernment advised," the bogus disclaimer that can be loosely translated as, "If you believe this it's your own fault, not mine for posting it."

As for common law courts or grand juries, I'll start to pay attention when they get their own common law armies and police forces who are willing to take on the real, er, color-of-law ones. Sitting at your keyboard and dreaming about the free militias online doesn't count.

At what point do we cross the line from "delusional people who think they are a militia training against a evil NWO/government plot/whatever that doesn't exist" to actual treason? I mean, I get it - this is America, you have a 1st amendment right to be as insane as you want to be and believe the evil gubment is out to get you. But once you start training as unauthorized militia and sending out "alerts" like this (since they imply they would actually fight against the government), its getting closer to treason in my opinion.
