I really love reading through these older threads. Demo quoted a 2005 post from Mr. Miner on a yahoo group which is just precious given the ultimate outcome of his war against the IRS:
Guess those tactics really worked well...could save all those thousands of clients, but apparently not himself! You CAN stop the IRS cold. It is done quite regularly by those who cheat on
their taxes and have enough money to hire the best legal specialists.
These specialists know loopholes and technically effective tactics that win with
regularity.
I have worked with thousands over more than 15 years and have not lost one
client to the clutches of the IRS.

By the way, cases like this give me hope that some day we will see Kelby Smith (of the fake Republic for the United States and HisAdvocates.org scam) in jail. Hes not advocating tax fraud (YET!) but does advocate for mortgage fraud, and makes people pay him for the privilege - different type of case I know but I have to have hope.

IRS: That may be so, but you lost.
Miner: I will never be defeated! I know all the tricks!

Re: David L. Miner
I guess Dave should have hired one of those "best legal specialists" so he could have used one of those "loopholes" or even one of those "technically effective tactics" -- instead of relying on Miner's own "skills."David L. Yeah, right.I have worked with thousands over more than 15 years and have not lost one client to the clutches of the IRS.

But but David, then how did you end up in jail on your own case???David L. Miner wrote:I have worked with thousands over more than 15 years and have not lost one client to the clutches of the IRS.
Apparently all those magic loopholes and theoretical tactics only work theory.David L. Miner wrote:These specialists know loopholes and technically effective tactics that win with regularity.

I don't know the terms of his release but you just have to feel sorry for whoever is his supervisor.
