This guy is sleeping in a vehicle on a property he's not supposed to be on, gets arrested, then whines about chest pain on the way to the police station and then whines about being taken to the hospital for said chest pain.
Spewing "Free American Sovereign," "david: Johnson, Sui Juris, an Art 30 american sovereign of the New Hampshire citizenry," no driver's license, an invalid vehicle registration, and commercial law nonsense.

Well, ain't he jist extra speshul!!!
This happened back in 2011??? Sounds like just all kinds of fun. That mean nasty old judge didn't respect his sovrunness either, I'll bet he'll sue over that as well.
What does anyone know is an Art 30 citizen? Haven't heard that one before.

The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.

Re: Whiny Sovereign Loses $5m lawsuit
It might be a coincidence, but Part Second, Article 30, of the New Hampshire Constitution has a definition of "inhabitant" as follows:webhick wrote:Spewing "Free American Sovereign," "david: Johnson, Sui Juris, an Art 30 american sovereign of the New Hampshire citizenry,"
"[Art.] 30. [Inhabitant Defined.] And every person, qualified as the constitution provides, shall be considered an inhabitant for the purpose of being elected into any office or place within this state, in the town, or ward, where he is domiciled."
That's fairly innocuous, and it might not be the "Art 30" that "david: Johnson" is referring to, but it could be that someone is reading some kind of magical meaning into those words.

Full text of decision is available here:

As of this hour, WestLaw does not have this decision, and LEXIS has two versions - the same opinion under two numbers, both still needing proofreading and formatting.
