Sounds like a true swine among swine. I'd say prison is going to be a really good place for him, or at least for the rest of the human race, of which I am not sure he can claim membership.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.

And if he is found beaten to death by a rival, or perhaps by a rebellious group of his "stock", the police can just decline to investigate since he was sovereign, and so outside their jurisdiction.
