I'm sure The Observer's tongue was firmly in his cheek. We at Quatloos rarely kill large numbers of actual people, well, except for that incident where fire rained from the sky. In our defense I think everyone here now realizes that training should be completed before equipment of that sort is issued.
This story/conspiracy theory has "gotten legs" since Trump tweeted about it (another despicable person, and don't get me started about his hair). All the mouthpieces have "reported" on it too ("just asking"), as if raising this crap somehow hurts the President. As I understand it, Ms. Fuddy was a good-hearted public servant who spent her life trying to help people. Sure, accuse her of being a traitor and liar after she's dead, it's just politics. Strunk has been suing, repeatedly, on the grounds that BOTH Obama and McCain are not natural born citizens. You'd think someone would have told him that McCain is no longer an issue but he keeps recycling the same suit.

Marjorie Fuddy, 70, of Kamiloloa, Molokai, a state Department of Health computer programmer, died Sunday. She was born in Leichhardt, Australia. She is survived by daughters the Rev. Lynette Schaefer, Loretta Fuddy and Cynthia Bunch; sons Philip Golderman and Lewis Fuddy; brother Keith Ireland; sisters Sylvia Laverly and Dollie Bierley, seven grandchildren and a great-grandchild. I, also, noticed that Reverend Pat Kililea, who supposedly identified Fuddy’s body and gave her last rights and who saw the pilot, Mr. Nagasaki, when the pilot swam to shore to get help, looked out of place.
While the Reverent had a Hawaiian name, I am sure that this is a name that he pulled out of a hat. He definitely does not look Hawaiian. He is white and speaks with a South African accent.
When I read that Marjorie Fuddy lived on Molokai, was a stronger fighter against the apartheid, came from Australia, I put 2 and 2 together. I believe this reverend is either related to Fuddy or a friend of the family with ties going back to South Africa or Australia. A lot of South Africans came to US via Australia. I need this Pat Kililea’s real name. Per Unified Information Practices Act of the state of Hawaii, Statute 92F, I am hereby requesting a certified copy of the Autopsy and Medical Examiner/ Coroner’s report of the deceased Loretta Fuddy. Reportedly autopsy took place on 12.12.2013-12.13.2013.
This report is a matter of public concern and should be released, as Ms. Fuddy was a Health Director of the State of Hawaii and in the center of controversy. Controversy stems from Ms. Fuddy’s release of an alleged copy of an alleged long form birth certificate for Barack Obama, which was found by a number of experts to be a flagrant computer generated forgery. See exhibits 1-3.
Until her death Ms.Fuddy was a defendant in a legal action Taitz et al v Democratic Party, Obama, Fuddy et al in the USDC 3:12-cv- 280, Judge Wingate. Exhibit 4.
Ms. Fuddy was reported to die an untimely death after the water landing of the Turbo Cessna Caravan plane which was to transport her and her deputy, Keith Yamamoto, to Oahu. There are conflicting reports in regards to her death, which only add to the controversy. According to the report by the Fire Rescue her body was found in the fuselage of the plane. According to survivors, C. Philip Holstein and her deputy, Keith Yamamoto, Ms. Fuddy got out of the plane with all the other passengers and was alive and wearing her life vest when she suddenly let go of the hand of Mr. Yamamoto and suddenly died. Further, some reports place the total number of passenger at 8 and a total number of individuals on the plane at 9, however reports of the Coast Guard rescue team state that they found 9 individuals floating in the water, which does not include the Mr. Holstein an the pilot, Mr. Kawasaki, who reportedly swam to shore, as such the total number of individuals on that flight was 11 and not 9 as reported, and it is not clear, whether the person who passed away and was examined by the Coroner’s office at Molokai, was indeed Ms. Fuddy.
Considering her verification of the forged ID for Mr. Obama, Ms. Fuddy could have been a target and her death could have been the result of some foul play. As such it is in the public interest to release the autopsy results and coroner’s report disclosing the cause of death.
Based on all of the above and per Unified Information Practices Act 92F I am requesting herein aforementioned Coroner’s/ Medical Examiner’s report and results of the autopsy of deceased Loretta Deliana Fuddy, date of death 12.11.2013, date of autopsy 12.12.2013-12.13.2013.

Attorney Taitz requested results of the autopsy of Loretta Fuddy. According to media reports the autopsy was performed by the coroner of the Molokai General hospital. Taitz received a response from the hospital official Randy Lite. Lite is the official who provided prior updates to the media and public. Lite claims that the Molokai General Hospital does not have information that Taitz requested, meaning they d not have any results of the autopsy, medical examiner’s report or toxicology lab report.
Taitz continues pressing for expeditious release of information from different state and federal agencies. One positive outcome was a recent turnabout by NTSB. Originally NTSB spokesman, Eric Weiss, claimed that they will not recover the plane, however after Taitz and others have shown that the plane crashed in relatively shallow waters and similar recoveries were done repeatedly and are routine, NTSB suddenly changed its’ position and announced that they will recover the plane and will do it as early as Thursday or Friday of this week.

Attorney Taitz is a plaintiff and an attorney for plaintiffs in a number of legal actions seeking adjudication on the merits of Obama’s use of fabricated IDs and a stolen Social Security number. One of the cases Taitz et al v Democratic Party, Obama, Fuddy, Onaka et al 12-cv-00280 USDC SDMS contains RICO (racketeering influenced corrupt organizations) causes of action which state that Director of Health of Hawaii Loretta Fuddy was involved in a RICO conspiracy in certifying flagrant forgeries, claiming them to be true and correct copies of Obama’s IDs while refusing to comply with federal subpoenas and refusing to produce original (wet ink) copies of allegedly existing original birth certificate for Barack Obama for examination.
Recently it was reported that Loretta Fuddy was the only victim of emergency water landing of Cessna Caravan carrying passengers from Molokai to Oahu. This accident was clouded by multiple questions, among them inconsistency about Fuddy’s death. According to Fire Rescue Captain Terry Seelig, Fuddy’s body remained in the fuselage of the plane, which is still under 70 feet of water and was not recovered yet. According to other accounts made by Fuddy’s deputy director Keith Yamamoto, passenger C Philip Holstein and the captain Clyde Kawasaki, Fuddy got out of the plane alive, was wearing her life vest and was awaiting rescue. It is not clear how did she die. Attorney Taitz talked to the medical examiner Dr. Harle, who stated to Taitz that Fuddy’s death is still under the investigation, toxicology reports are not expected for two more weeks and the autopsy report is not ready yet.
Taitz contacted the funeral home Ordenstein’s Hawaiian Memorial park mortuary, talked to the receptionist and asked for a call back. Around 5pm PST she talked to the funeral director Virginia Donato. Taitz explained to Donato that there is evidence of foul play and the case is still under the investigation and Taitz wanted to know for sure that the body will not be cremated. Taitz questioned Donato whether the family can decide on Saturday after mass and services to cremate the body instead of burying it. Donato stated that they absolutely can make such a decision the last moment, it is up to the family and the funeral home has no idea what the family will do on Saturday. Taitz was hesitant about filing for a stay of cremation and asked Ms. Donato to check with the family as there is a possibility of foul play. Ms. Fuddy did not have an immediate family. She was not married and did not have children and grand children. She had a sister and a brother and one half sister. Taitz believes that Donato talked to one of the siblings. At 5:50pm PST Donato called back and advised Taitz that the family did not give any assurances that the body will not be cremated on Saturday. Taitz filed an emergency petition for stay/preliminary injunction.
While Taitz is concerned about the feelings of the siblings of Ms. Fuddy, there are public concerns which outweigh any feelings which might be associated with burial versus cremation. We have seen during congressional hearings evidence of Obama regime making important Benghazi witnesses disappear, giving these CIA agents new identities so the will not testify against the regime. There is a clear incentive for Obama and his accomplices to make witnesses to fabrication of his bogus IDs disappear. We have seen a number of suspicious deaths surrounding Obama. Lieutenant (Unusual first name, not title) Quarles Harris, who was cooperating with the FBI in regards to Obama’s passport records, was found shot to death in 2008, the case was covered up and not solved for nearly 4 years. An openly gay chorus director Donald Young, who allegedly had sexual relations with bisexual Obama was found assassinated, as well as Larry Bland, who together with Young and Obama attended the same Trinity church in Chicago. Murders of Young and Bland remain unsolved. Leah (Saleah) Sobah who was a foster child of Obama’s mother and step father in Indonesia died suddenly of unknown causes shortly before the announcement of Indonesian visit by Obama. Leah’s story contradicted Obama’s recollection of his youth. Obama claimed to arrive in Indonesia in 1967 on Japan airlines with his mother, while Sobah stated in her interview that he did not arrive with his mother, that he arrived later. Leah Sobah’s statement is corroborated by Dr. Scott Inoue,who was Obama’s friend in elementary school in Hawaii. According to a photograph provided by Inoue Obama resided in Hawaii from 1967-1969. When Taitz tried to contact Inoue at his CA chiropractic office, the phone number was disconnected. Statements by Sobah and Inoue show that from 1967-1969 there were 2 distinct individuals, Barry Obama who resided in HI and Barry Soetoro, who resided in Indonesia. we do not know which one came back, we believe it was Barry Soetoro, not Barry Obama. Taitz filed an emergency petition for stay of cremation in case the family is planning cremation. The funeral home and the family were placed on notice. Taitz paid $400 required fee and FedEx fees. Taitz is working pro bono and donations to cover the fees are greatly appreciated.

Have you been reading about the 76 people who have mysteriously died or been murdered to cover up JFK’s assassination as the years have gone by? The Honolulu Star Advertiser reported today that Fuddy's cause-of-death has still not been decisively determined and the determination may not be reached for a week. Apparently Fuddy got out of the plane alive, and apparently healthy momentarily, and then died in the water. I will only note that she was 65 years old and maybe not terribly athletic; my guess is some sort of heart attack or shock. Appently this sort of drawn out process in a death involved with such an accident is not unusual.
Faddy's public assurances about Obama's birth certificate were certainly not dispositive in the fake controversy; the birth certificate was attested as authentic by half-a-dozen other people, all of them still alive and well.

No doubt. I wonder what kind of attorney would think that any random person can just go into federal court and obtain injunctions that stop dead people from being cremated in accordance with their wishes?
The idea itself is bizarre enough, but that it is being actively pursued by someone with a legal education, to the point of filing cases and paying the filing fees, is epic.
Taitz was marginally amusing the first year or two, but now she's becomes positively toxic and trying to disrupt some other family's funeral is just about the last straw. It's about time that the courts took away her bar membership ..... and maybe she should be kept away from the laughing gas and the real estate listings as well.

That won't stop her for a moment. She'll just claim that the disbarment/license revocation is just a desperate ploy by Obama to hide the truth of his Kenyan origins, and then head for every Denny's that she can find, hoping to find a Constitutional court before which she can argue her (ahem) case against the President.

It is not clear from the moving papers that cremation has not already occurred. Because of Plaintiff’s alleged need for a decision before December 21, this court expedites notification of its decision. Because Plaintiff does not establish that she is entitled to injunctive relief, the court denies the Petition.
