The information released appears to be a second copy, or maybe an amended or refiled copy or something, too small to really tell from what i saw. The only thing CRO really cares about is getting enough information do hopefully distinguish one writer from another, and it usually does with as little or as much as it gets. None of it signifying anything. There is not evidence that Obama even submitted that form rather than some names body at the publishers making sure everything that needed filing hd been filed.

The book was published in July of 1995, sat dormant until 2004 when it was decided to update and reprint as he was now running for office. Which means the blurb error sat unnoticed for almost 10 years before it was caught and correct, probably about the time they filed a new copyright notice.

Orly's website was afflicted with malware last year. Apparently she is as slipshod about her website security as she is about her research.

This particular malware resembles "Antivirus2012" (of a couple years ago) which suddenly popped up, looking for all the world like one of the security pages already built into your own Windows system, that says "Something is wrong. Push a key to clean it out." If you do, you actually load the virus into your computer and give it a chance to sink its teeth in; thereafter your entire computer jams up with a page that pretends to show you your own internal files (not really, but the virus does manage to pick out your name and put in on a bunch of fake file names on a fake directory display) and tells you that your system is hopelessly infected and your only remedy is to click here to purchase an anti-virus program for about $30 using your credit card. Beyond that, I am not sure if paying this ransom actually gets your computer freed or what else they do to you once they have your credit card number.

A virus I foolishly "caught" that took a week to destroy had all sorts of clever security built into it. My "favorite" was the window that popped up when you tried to go to the Microsoft website telling you that you HAD to shut off your computer NOW or it would be destroyed - complete with a countdown timer with only a few seconds left on it. Hangin's too good fer 'em.

Second, as Taitz notes, the "USA" in the space for date of birth does appear to have been printed on a different machine than the rest of the information

I just went back and looked (and yes, got the new window a few minutes later), and I'm sorry to say it isn't different. Same font, same size, minor difference between ALL the letters 'cause they were made on a typewriter with a ribbon. I don't suggest going to Orly's site, but if you search Google images for "dreams from my father copyright" there's a high res image you can paste into Photoshop and do overlays. Besides, you forgot the first rule - Orly is always wrong.

I wouldn't trust ANYTHING which came from Oily's site.

I might add, with regard to the mystery that Taitz sees in the absence of a birthdate for Obama on this form, that if Obama had been willing to put a false birthdate on everything else, including passports, I cannot imagine why he'd hesitate about putting the same date on a Copyright form (it may be that the paperwork for the copyright registration was done by the literary agent or publisher of Obama's book, and that person didn't have his birthdate on the tip of his tongue). More than that, even the (obviously fake) "Kenyan" birth certificates being occasionally touted by birfers, Taitz included, accept August 1961 as Obama's birthdate.

When you start living a lie, you start to forget the truth. Obviously what happened here, and in a blind panic Obama typed in "USA." Happens to me all the time.

Attorney Orly Taitz recently discovered lack of necessary entry of date of birth in Obama’s registration of copyright protection of his book “Dreams from my father”.

This finding matches a number of prior reports that question Obama’s date of birth. In 2009 it was published that in his “My space” social media account Obama put his age consistent with date of birth of 1957, not 1961. This is of value as HI bceame a state in 1959 and this is another strike against Obama, as not US born and not eligible for the US presidency.

Further, accounts by Obama’s former classmate Scott Inoue and Saleah Soetoro-Sobah, former foster child of his mother Ann Dunham, show that Obama did not arrive in Indonesia in 1967, at age 6 as he claims, that he attended Noelani elementary school in HI through third grade, until 1969, on the other hand there is a record of Barry Soetoro attending Assissi school in in Jakarta during the same two years 1967-1969. So we have evidence of two separate individuals: Barry Obama residing in HI in 1967-1969 and Barry Soetoro residing in Indonesia during the same time. It appears that the person who came back to the U.S., is Barry Soetoro, not Barry Obama.

Further there is discrepancy in Obam’s account of his childhood and college years. Based on his book, “Dreams from my father” Obama lived with his parents in HI until his father left for Harvard. This is a fraudulent assertion and attempt to hide the fact that he and his mother resided in Washington state in 1961-1962, where his mother was a student in the U of WA.

Further Obama claims to study at Columbia University for two years, however student clearing house shows that he was in Columbia only for 9 months (see reports below).

We are seeing that the whole Obama life story is one big fraud and only corruption in the judiciary allows this fraud to continue.

Further, it seems that Obama regime is concerned that there may be a an unfavorable decision against Obama, that one judge was not bought, at least not yet. Recently Attorney Taitz has seen a massive hacking of her computers and her website OrlyTaitzESQ.filth. Her web site was sabotaged, readers notice redirect to other sites, crashing and freezing of their computers, even though Taitz pays for additional security through her hosting company, network solutions. This sabotage is being done in order to stop readership of her site and stop donations and advertising on the site.

As a result of this RICO activity and financial attacks, Alexa.com rating of OrlyTaitzESQ.dung went down by 90%. In Alexa.com the most visited site is ranked as #1, which is Google. Further sites go down to about 10 million and later they are unranked. OrlyTaitzESQ.yuck was ranked as 17,000, now it is ranked about 170,000. This 90% redaction shows sizable, measurable damage as a result of attacks on her in furtherance of RICO enterprise to destroy Attorney Taitz financially and silence her message.

Further, the same RICO enterprise is spreading defamatory statements in relation to Taitz in order to prevent her from obtaining legal cases and preventing her from gaining associations with other attorneys. These defamatory statements are also done in furtherance of this RICO enterprise. Lastly Attorney Taitz found sabotage through Google, where any and all defamatory statements about her are placed on the top of Google searches, while positive articles, important updates about her work are disappearing from Google searches, are being de-linked. Taitz is investigating whether someone in Google is involved in this sabotage or Google is being used without knowledge of its’ management and employees.

Public is asked to assist Attorney Taitz to fight this sabotage of her website OrlyTaitzESQ.com and assassination of her character, as well as in spreading the word in relation to the usurpation of the US presidency by Indonesian-Kenyan con-artist Obama, who is using a stolen CT Social Security number XXXXXXXXXXX [redacted by me, not Orly] and fabricated IDs.

Lastly, yesterday’s State of the Union address shows that usurper Soebarkah-Soetoro-Obama is seeking to destroy lives of millions more Americans by legalizing millions of illegals. While the government claims that we have only 11 million illegals, in reality we have many more. According to immigration research we have 30 million illegals. According to deportation officer John Samppson we have 42 million illegals.

We have 92 million Americans who are no longer in work force, dropped out of work force because they cannot find work. So to her bad argument one can add a couple of layers of hearsay, just for credibility.

And, just so we have something else to laugh at, she states that the absence of a birth date on a copyright document from his book corresponds to the 1957 date. Say what?

And what does it gain her to now start arguing that he may have been born in Hawaii but just in 1957 not 1961? She likely didn't do the research to find out that it wouldn't matter as far as eligibility. But why go there when it contradicts what you've posted before? A desperate "see I'm not filing frivolous cases" flurry attempt maybe - when all it does is affirm that concept.

If my memory serves (I once worked up two volumes of precedent disbarment/suspension cases involving DC lawyers), the US Supreme Ct disbarment is permanent even after Berg is reinstated in the state bar. Many years ago the previous Chief Justice expressed irritation that some lawyers, not previously members of the Supreme Ct bar, were very pointedly joining it AFTER they had endured some punishment from a state bar, as if their Supreme Court membership showed they had been exonerated or were somehow totally washed of their offense. In any case, the Supreme Court does not reinstate unless/except the original State discipline is entirely invalidated (which I don't think has happened).

Just to be clear, I would have written something more like:
