Robert Carr was indicted on three counts of breaking and entering and three counts of theft in December.

On Monday, Carr pleaded guilty to one count of breaking and entering. The other charges were dismissed.
Am I alone in thinking the prosecutor threw in the towel too early? :x

[Judge] Kubicki sentenced Carr to seven months in prison, minus the 110 days he's already been in jail.

Let him withdraw the plea. Then reinstate all the charges.
