I was surprised to learn earlier today that it is a felony to sell a dildo in Texas. Moreover, if you possess more than 5 dildos, the presumption is that you are a dealer. As a result, there are no dildos in Texas. There are "educational aids", vibrators and "cake toppers" (wtf?), but no dildos.

According to the Wikipedia article, the law is now void outside the jurisdiction of the Texas 13th District Court of Appeal, and (IMHO), if challenged, might be voided within that district.

According to that Wikipedia article, Alabama's similar law is still in effect.

Where is "Captain Kickback" when you don't need him, like on this thread? Image He would be sure to do a reductio ad absurdam on this one for sure. Image If he ever shows up in Texas you can be sure they would keep him under round the clock surveillance. If you did a statistical graph with per-state purchase or use of such devices like they used to do with nation's missile inventory with the largest #s in the shape of a long missile, it would be interesting.
