Still no injunction order at givemeliberty.org

Post by Joey Smith »

Looks like Bob is simply going to give the "Up Yours!" to the court and DOJ, just like Chrissy Hansen is successfully doing.

In my uninformed opinion, I believe the DOJ should request for a charge of contempt against Bob and WTP.

The opinion stated in part,
"Defendants shall remove from its websites all abusive tax shelter promotional materials, false commercial speech, and materials designed to incite others to violate the law (including tax laws), and, for a period of one year from the date of this Memorandum, Decision & Order, display prominently on the first page of the website an attachment of this Memorandum, Decision and Order;..."

"Defendants shall immediately implement the terms of this injunction and provide the Court with an affidavit of compliance within twenty-one days of
the date of this Decision and Order;..."

Since WTP has updated their website with other unrelated garbage, they have had the opportunity to comply with portions of the court's order.

Give him a break. He still has to get around to posting the current status (or lack thereof) of the RTP lawsuit.

Bob doesn't post losses, of course, which is why it is imperative that the DOJ hold his feet to the fire and make him post the judge's decision on his website.

Notably, Bob seems to be creating a bunch of new websites that he will use to scam his army of morons, which new websites will not have to post the injunction order.

He might not have to post the injunction order on the new sites, but if these new websites mention anything about not paying taxes or not filing returns, he'll be in violation of the injunction.

I noticed that the Decision and Order behind the injunction is now posted at http://www.givemeliberty.org/ and http://www.wethepeoplefoundation.org/ but not at http://wethepeoplecongress.org/.

It is now. Wow, he's complying with the injunction. I'm somewhat surprised.

Not entire compliance. He is still has "Legal Termination of Tax Withholding For Companies, Workers and Independent Contractors" available at http://www.givemeliberty.org/store/.

While Dezcad posted the link, s/he did not include the plea for money. Naturally, without that you didn't recognize it as coming from Schulz.

Good one!

And maybe we should make a list of all the tax protester web sites that include requests for contributions for "guests" (or "soon-to-be guests") of the Graybar Hilton.

Oops, did I just give myself more work to do?

Thanks for the warning. It saved my keyboard.
Government abhors accountability as much as nature abhors a vacuum.

Huh? I didn't know nature had that strong a feeling on a vacuum.

I believe it was Spinoza who said that.

But what's really spooky is that he lived in the seventeenth century, long before the advent of Kirby, Electrolux, Orek, et al.
