I hadn't before encountered Phi in this context. This is the famous "golden mean", approximately 1.618. "frederick", who lives in Real Land North America, explains this. His main assertion seems to be that he is alive.

One claim in there might be a genuine grievance: a building subcontract where a company went bust, owing money. But the complaint is buried beneath so much nonsense it is hard to tell.

I'll leave it to you other commonwealth types to sort it all out, I'm fully employed just handling Canadian nutjobbery. I plan to spend a chunk of time tomorrow afternoon wading through the files at the Federal Court of Canada to find out what actually happened with the case the Volk's filed there (hint - it went very badly for them). So little time, so much stupidity.
