Not only that, but also thinking that it "might have worked" in the past. So they admit to not knowing that it ever worked at all and are willing to assume that it had some validity. These are the guys who think going into the casino and repeatedly putting all of their money on "00" on the roulette wheel is a winning system.JamesVincent wrote:The only problem is this:

It might have worked at one time, but those who make the rules, change them as they deem fit to do so, just to keep the cage safe and secure. (as is obvious)

Re: Let’s watch a Freeman ruin his life! In RealTime!
When the method or technology doesn't work the freeman/sovcit subculture says that at least the individual who used it, as well as the guru who preached it, was struggling to be free.
Many of us in the western democracies find this freeman/sovcit notion of freedom mystifying. We see ourselves as living in free market systems, where we can worship, say and do as we please.
When one gets down to it the freeman/sovcit argument is essentially that of an anarcho-libertarian who rejects all government, most specially that he never had the chance to contractually reject.
This reality makes a lie out if the weaseling PR argument (voiced by the manipulative Bobby Menard) that freemen aren't anti-government, but rather pro good government.
Of course, none of the rationalizations freemen/sovcits offer can justify giving legal advice the guru knew, or should have known was wrong, useless and detrimental anyone who might employ it.

motorhead doesn't seem to grasp that he's, as we say in the south, on the bank's "last nerve".

Motorhead is branching out. He seems to have joined the WeRe Bank's true believers;

is the textbook example of a simple traffic stop that the "traveling freeman" could have successfully fought and won in court turned into an assault charge and a scathing commentary by the judge that made headlines in legal circles. My apologies for any accusations of thread hijacking... back to the original topic of discussion.

Re: Let’s watch a Freeman ruin his life! In RealTime!
So, last year Rob Nevers nearly lost his house by not paying his mortgage, but seemed to save it by having someone guarantee his loan. Couple of weeks ago, on Aug 5 2015, on the private WeRe forum, thread "Nationwide - going in to a branch to present cheque in person", he wrote:
Rob doesn't say much on the forum. I don't know if, for example, he is behind on his payments, or simply stopped paying, or whatever.
Well, yes, it does matter because WeRe isn't a real bank and their cheques aren't worth the paper they are written on. See the "Peter of England" threads on the UK forum.111174RN wrote:Hi KD,
When I called my bank to get a mortgage payout statement they wanted me to go into the branch with the cheque to have it cleared first. I didn't tell them it was a weRe bank cheque but I don't think it matters, because a cheque is a cheque. I'm sending mine to the headquarters but it would be great if someone (you) would give it a go. Eventually it should and has to be tried at some point.
I wish you the best of luck!
Regards,
Rob

Or simply just incredibly incredibly stupid. his bank may have been forgiving once, but they won't a second time particularly with a fraud check. Just really really dumb.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.

And the trusting person (probably his mum, it's usually the mother in these cases, in my experience) who guaranteed his mortgage to save him last time will now be on the hook for the money.

Possibly he's paid it all off since it was only $11,500. Christ almighty, this twit nearly lost his home over a matter of $11,500!littleFred wrote:Rob doesn't say much on the forum. I don't know if, for example, he is behind on his payments, or simply stopped paying, or whatever.
