Please note; Kent Hovind didn't really sound too keen, in my opinion, on the idea of his transcript getting out when Jerry advised him of it earlier today.

I think having access to the transcript is one reason why Jerry seems to have made it even more clear that he doesn't care about the issues relevant to the transcript; Jerry just likes Kent and wants him out.

Jerry Rose in his referenced video above, wherein he talked to Kent yesterday, seems to make it clear that he, for one, doesn't care about the facts or the law; he just thinks Kent is so wonderful he ought to be set free.

And when Jerry tells Kent that the transcript had been obtained and published, Kent seemed to me to be quite underwhelmed.

Of course, Kent and his people might be expected to come up with a good conspiracy theory about how that transcript is incomplete and has been tampered with (i.e., he's already complained quite a bit about how the judge had some of her comments stricken from the record; I don't remember if that was at trial or sentencing).

However, I think for the most part the transcript availability may have a positive effect. For instance, I think Jerry Rose has been affected positively, though he's got a long way to go. That is, he made it clear now that he doesn't want to get bogged down in facts and law; he just wants to tell how much he likes Kent and thinks he ought to be free.

It will be interesting to see if Kent and his people actually are able to obtain that "$6,000" transcript Kent got years ago, publish it, and a comparison can be made to what is presently available.

I think Ernie Land has misrepresented the performance of Paul John Hansen in court yesterday.

Why perish forefend, good ole Ernie wouldn't do something like that, I mean he'd never intentionally misrepresent something so important. Why the next thing you'll be intimating is that maybe Kent hasn't been exactly forthcoming.

Does anyone know enough about the Linda Wall case to provide a reasonable rebuttal to Ernie Land as to the details and relevance to the Kent Hovind case.

Ernie is going around claiming he's got Linda Wall's references, and 3 others, where the sovereigns used sovereign claims to win, but he's highest on the Linda Wall case.

Of course, he claims that certain relevance documents have been sealed by the Court.

A MUST NEED TO KNOW!!!!!!

Nice win over the IRS who sent a Notice of Levy and then a Summons and then issued a Warrant for Linda Wall’s arrest. She beat them by showing they created false securities using laws and codes that only apply to BATF Activities, CFR 70. By sending out unsigned, unverified, unvalidated liens and summones, they create false securities which is against the Law and involves jail time. And, to think the IRS uses constructive fraud every day to coerce and intimidate non-U.S. citizens into paying what they do not owe.

Keep this in your file, it is a helpful resource for fighting Goliath.

There may have been more action since then, but I haven't come up with any significant details as to what the real deal is all about.
