We've all heard of prison inmates filing ridiculous lawsuits over something or other (an example was the one where an inmate claimed that his religion required him to "take communion" in the form of porterhouse steaks and the like); but I decided to bring this one to everyone's attention because of two things. First, the inmate refers, twice, to the "Sovereign Republic of Texas"; and he also includes the words "united States of America" in the caption of the suit.
