Indeed Peanut. I have lost count of how much fraud has actually been committed by Peter Smith of England and his customers. Fraud against the various banks, against the post office, different companies, councils and Peter`s own customers.
and I recall, some dopey bird named Amanda crowing,
this bank had the FULL support of Mark Haining, Guy Taylor, Roger Hayes and Tom Crawford.

If there are indeed 400 members, then say they each write cheques every month for:

- mortgage/rent
- electricity
- gas
- council tax
- water
- broadband
- mobile
- insurance (household and/or contents)
- anyone else they think they can get away with paying in Monopoly money

then PoE is going to find himself having to deal with 3,200 cheques per month. Assuming the banks' admin staff who'll be calling him to verify these cheques are working a five-day week, then that's 640 cheques per day. Or in an 8-hour working day, 80 per hour. Or 45 seconds per cheque.

He's sounding frazzled enough already, so wait until all the new customers mugs who've signed up start spending their hard-earned £150K ...

You could have

£12 unpaid fee
£12 late payment fee (if a new payment is not made before the payment date)
£12 exceeding limit fee (if when monthly interest is applied the balance is over the limit)

In addition late payment marker on your credit file, which could mean when you apply for a loan, credit card, mortgage etc you are offered a higher rate of interest

All thanks to PoE's little scam
I see. If I understand you correctly the credit card company would treat payment using a cheque that bounces in the same way as if you had not bothered to make any payment. There would not be any additional charges.

That's probably too much of a work load for Peter. It might be best for him to invest in a second pay as you go mobile and have a spotty youth taking the calls as well. Peter could pay the worker a substantial wage. That is as long as he is willing to accept a WeRe cheque.

An entertaining thought, but it won't work like that. Once a particular bank or council has sussed that the werecheques are worthless, they won't continue trying to clear them. They will treat them like the various A4V scams, and just send them back to the customer with a little note saying "Thanks, but we only accept the payment methods specified in our T&C's".

I predict that the tsunami of calls which PoE should expect next week is from weremembers, complaining about bounced werecheques and demanding that he pays out on them as he promised to. And the weremembers are characteristically stupid, greedy people with a delusional misperception of their rights. It won't be long before one of them sues him or files a Police report.

If it is indeed the pigtaild looney goofer, he seems to be asking the questions after the fact that he has promoted the WeRe Bank con knowing he could be involved with serious fraud, and some would see it as backpedaling .He does come across as the cowardly type to me.
All too late I believe as I have already mentioned Mark Haining Ceylon to the FCA as one of this con banks fervent promoters with now 5 separate threads about this bank con on his website getoutofdebtfree.org

I am always struck by the inability of these gurus to understand the consequences of their scams. Everyone of Peter's duped clients is running the risk of ruining their reputation and credit rating.

It's almost as if the guru's only goal is to get some street cred in the sovcit/freeman world by having a few members of the subculture embrace the theory of the day.

While high on the freeman opium of phony abundance there seems to be no recognition by either the gurus or the dupes of the reality that the scheme is not any different from previous failed, harebrained ideas. Nor is any thought given for the consequences when the plan goes in the crapper.

Just came across this little snippet on google. The web address suggests it is from 3 years ago and from Australia

https://nesaraaustralia.files.wordpress ... e-bank.pdf

This caught my eye

"For taxation purposes the total value of your account as held in RE Units will never exceed a
notional value in Euros of €100. Each RE unit has a euro/dollar/stg. value of €/$/£ value of 0.00000001 “cent”/penny."

The exchange rate in three years has gone from 0.00000001p = 1Re to nearly £1 = 1Re :snicker:

Just in case any sovcit's reading this needed evidence that your Guru is using his date of birth in reverse as your sortcode (and that his name is Alan and not Peter)

http://freemanlegal.blogspot.co.uk/2013 ... legal.html

"ALAN PETER MICHAEL SMITH DOB 18/10/1957 is the PUBLIC straw-man personality which came into being on the DOB as a result of my parent's, naievity and unwittingly submitting my certificate of live birth to the Registrar of Births Deaths and Marriages in Stoke-On-Trent. From this point the implied and naked contract with the UK govt began. Child benefit payments began too! Cementing the contract."

http://freemanlegal.blogspot.co.uk/2013 ... -2013.html

"For now it is sufficient to state that Peter of England represented the straw-man ALAN PETER MICHAEL SMITH DOB 18/10/1957 in Court 7 Chelmsford Crown Court on the 8/2/13."

In that "masterpiece" Peter claims that no matter who you are and no matter how wealthy you are you will be "cleaned out" by the end of 2012. He got that one wrong.

That is amazing!!! I thought he came into being due to a brief and hopefully pleasurable romantic moment his parents shared. born 18/10/1957 found to be totally raving mad 04/05/2015.

I completely missed that old Peter of England is a mason

http://www.berkshirerosecroix.org.uk/

So why Rose Croix?

The Cross needs no explanation, while the Red Rose alludes both to the Precious Blood and to the Rose of Sharon, mystically identified with Christ. There is also a link with Rosicrucian thought, despite some members being keen to downplay it.

In the ceremony the Candidate is taken from room to room figuratively through his spiritual and masonic life from Solomonic Masonry, through despair, to a Rose Croix Chapter and the discovery of the Lost Word. At the start, he is figuratively but a 17º mason, a Knight of the East and West, of symbolic age, coming – as the ritual explains - at a time of dire calamity with but incomplete pre-Christian knowledge. Following perfection, the ensuing "feast of fraternal affection" is a wonderful moment of shared Freemasonry all too often lost in other degrees. That this 18º is special is not in doubt for those on whom it has been conferred. In Bristol, the members of Baldwyn have their own version as the pinnacle of their unique Rite of Seven Degrees.

Rose Croix, like Freemasonry as a whole, is not a religion. It does, however, serve to point the way. It is this which makes Rose Croix masonically so important, encompassing all we seek, while pointing us clearly to the Trinitarian Christian Faith.

© Grand Lodge Publications Ltd 1997-2010

I wonder how it will sit with the Freeloaders over at GOODF that the latest Guru is a mason :haha:
