(1) A court officer must, when issuing the following documents, seal(GL), or otherwise authenticate them with the stamp of the court –

(a) the application form;

(b) an order; and

(c) any other document which a rule or practice direction requires the court officer to seal(GL) or stamp.

(2) The court officer may place the seal(GL) or the stamp on the document –

(a) by hand; or

(b) by printing a facsimile of the seal(GL) on the document whether electronically or otherwise.

(3) A document purporting to bear the court's seal(GL) or stamp will be admissible in evidence without further proof.

He couldn’t make a stay on the warrant because there never was one presented in evidence. There was never a warrant in Tom case presented in evidence..........there`s a notice of eviction but not the warrant..... there isn't a warrant.

As you can see Guy is right, it has never been to court and a warrant has never been issued

See there wasn't a hearing on 17 August 2012, a Suspended Possession Order (SPO) was not granted on 24 September 2012 and a warrant was not issued on 10 June 2014

As you can see Guy is right, it has never been to court and a warrant has never been issued

And most importantly, Guy has won a great victory for Tom on his appeal.

That's half hour of my life I won't get back.
Nothing new at all, clutching at straws and piss*ng in the wind.

I had imagined the big surprise was going to be a Judicial Review, crowdsourcing for a QC to take a test case to the Supreme Court, or perhaps that a benefactor had paid off TC's debt. Surely it would be some concrete and legally effective event, a "gamechanger".

But now we find it's just another ranty youtube video by the usual rabble?! I'm not even going to watch it, they have nothing credible to say and whatever opinions they have will not have any effect upon the execution of the possession order.

They have wasted a full week preparing this worthless propaganda, which will only be of interest to their dwindling number of fanatical followers. They have wasted a full week of time and work which might've been used more usefully to negotiate a graceful exit for TC. Shame on them.
