because the term of the mortgage has now expired, they won't agree a new mortgage term with a 63 year old man who's working days are numbered, especially in light of the facts he's not paid a penny since 2012 and caused them so much shit they simply want him to either pay up or get out. Just paying the arrears won't cut it.

Remember they are repossessing his house over the arrears from 2012 but he actually owes £42k capital plus legal costs. The only option he has is to sell his house or stump up the full amount.

Also the judgement gives a date to pay (below) which has now lapsed, so the enforcement is live and real.

'This order is not to be enforced so long as the defendant pays the current
instalments under the mortgage the first instalment being paid on or
before 30th September 2012'

He's not paid a penny since this time.

His credit rating will be junk, no other lender will take him on unless there's an equity release scheme at extortionate rates where they'll prob have to sign away 70% of the property equity to cover the existing debt, depending on what that final figure might be.

I wonder if maple syrup can be used to make mead.

You could, but would have to be the really good undiluted stuff as mead takes lots of sugar to make it worth the effort. I suspect you;d have to fortify it since the syrup wouldn't have all the nutrients the yeast would need. I'm not sure what the end flavor would be like as the process tends to change the flavor of whatever the constituent was. My suspicion it would be kind of musky, but beyond that?????

Thing is, one of the factors in making traditional honey mead is that honey is antiseptic and so it's harder to start the yeast than with fruit or grain. I suspect that the syrup is not antiseptic so that might make up for the lower sugar content. Of course since i don't drink, this is all theoretical to me. But i am curious.

None of his sites (see huge list posted earlier) contain the operator information required by E-commerce Regulations 2002, eg company registration details and geographic address (www.out-law.com/page-7594).

Have you tried googling for the sites WCS supposedly made. Floor Fitters Nottingham doesn't bring anything up. AmandaPPhotography says its site was made by a different company, pandamonium marketing, which doesn't have a website and independent flooring inspectors brings up the business of Tom Crawford, the contact page has an email and a phone number for Tom. Fortunately it's a mobile so when the inevitable happens we could keep in touch.

Tom's business seems to be providing an expert witness service in the heady world of floor liability for trips and falls. This service includes Tom going to court with you to provide his expertise in what makes for a good safe floor. I'm not really sure of any court cases that have hinged on the evidence of a flooring inspector as an expert witness. In fact I'd never even heard of a flooring inspector before I googled Tom's site. Then again I've never had experience of needing to take court action involving a floor, so I may well be ignorant of this entire industry.

Of course why you couldn't get the same service from a chartered surveyor, engineer, building control officer or builder is beyond me.

I'll also say that the site is incredibly hard to navigate, their are a number of pages that can only be accessed by clicking on an obscure link to a sitemap and not through any thing resembling competent design.

Amanda specialises in taking photo's of baby's and other peoples children. It's a market I suppose, the first thing I noticed was that her site was slow, like seriously slow to download, that usually means the file sizes are too large or the images aren't optimised for the web, the pictures aren't bad, I mean they aren't great but they certainly aren't the worst 'professional photographs' I've ever seen but they also aren't among the best or most imaginative, they are average. They have some redeeming features, she knows enough to use off-axis lighting. It does strike me that her photography seems to be more an avocational hobby than a career. The design is better than Tom's, which isn't that hard because Tom set a very low bar, but again this site wasn't made by WCS according to the text on the web page itself.

So of the three testimonials, one site claims not to have actually been made by Craig or at least claims to have been made by a company other than WCS, one doesn't exist and the only one that doesn't say someone else made it, is frankly poor.

Tom again doesn't seem too convinced by what Taylor is saying, but is in full agreement about hiding the full report " because people won't understand it". Taylor is praying he has convinced someone..anyone.

I still don't understand what Guy and Ceylon were hoping to achieve by making out that Tom had won. They have treated all of their faithful followers as complete idiots.
