I have no reason to doubt that Mickey was abused as a child and he is now clearly what would be deemed a vulnerable adult. It may have been touched on before, but how on earth is this issue related to getting out of Debt? There is no relationship between the two.

On one hand you have a Financial issue, relating to ones own finances, on the other you have child rape. There is no connection between the two, and is an area GOOFy should be avoiding. It's certainly an option - Lord McAlpine brought a number of legal actions after being widely accused in the sort of internet scandalising that Cylon is trying to provoke. Some defendants had to pay large damages, others to publish grovelling retractions. But McAlpine was a very wealthy, very old man - he was content to pay large legal fees to defend his reputation.

Going after un-noticed nobodies like the GOOFy squad is largely pointless, they have nothing of value to seize for damages, and an apology from their mouths would be worthless. That would change if their gutter scandalising started to gain any national attention, or led to any significant disorder. The council itself might set their lawyers working with Police to obtain injunctions with penal notices.

Just seem these folks act with some sort of impunity. Obviously fines are meaningless, Court orders seem to have little effect, and the lack of response seems to encourage more and more outrageous behavior. Until someone slaps (Metaphorically) some sense into them, they will continue to become more and more outrageous, and do more and more crazy things. Without anyone being able to present a reasonable counterpoint on their website, it seems the powers that be over there will lead the flock down the path of crazy. I am just a bit concerned how this will all play out. People’s lives may be altered, and liberty lost, all due to the Ego of some idiot.

McAlpine also targeted his actions against those who would be able to pay, he was defamed by a great many people and his solicitors broke the action down into a number of tiers. Basically the first tier, who were the highest profile and most likely to be able to settle, which helped to fund and drive the actions onwards for the second and third tiers.

I always felt the lesson to be learned from the McAlpine saga was to be very careful about what you re-tweet and to be especially cautious of any salacious rumour.

In regard to Mr Summers I would say that probably the best avenue is to go for a harassment charge by the council and a restraining order to prevent him from approaching their officers at their home address. I'd also suggest that the best way to deal with him would be to have an officer, from the legal department, deal with his matter exclusively and try to keep him informed of any progress and also to help cope with his expectations. At the moment, he is a damaged man and he's being manipulated by Ceylon to attack the council and their officers, which is only going to drive him further away from the justice he is looking for.

So according to the GOOFs:

Tom is appealing the decision made in his appeal hearing because while he totally didn't lose and really won, if you read between the lines and follow the legalease and think Mr Ebert is the biggest law jenious out there ever, it's obvious that Tom won because Mr Ebert says he did, he needs to appeal it, because right now it sort of looks like he lost and a lot of other people, who don't recognise the greatness of Ebert or understand his brilliant legal knowwhats, will think Tom did lose and if they think that then the bank could come in and take his home from him and the Police will think they have a right to do it because they won't be all skilled at the legalease like Mr Ebert is and they'll let the bank do it even though it's totally unlawful and they will be helping the nasty banks steal Tom's house. That and we've worked out that it wasn't a proper court because they stuck it in a special room and the Judge took his wig off and wasn't wearing a robe. If Mr Ebert had been there he'd have sorted out that Judge and told him what to do and say and the Judge would have wanted to learn from Mr Ebert so much that he would have sent him to a special room to teach the Judge for three months, it happens to Mr Ebert everytime he meets a Judge but they don't want to admit the trooth and so make up a story about having to jail Mr Ebert for contempt of court.

While in the real world:

Tom lost. The reason the Judgement reads like the bank won is BECAUSE THEY WON. There is nothing in a Judgement 'between the lines' if their was it would be a pretty poor Judgement and would have been made by a very poor Judge. Tom's Judgement wasn't, it was a good Judgement made by a sound Judge.

Wonder what Ceylons going to say now it's Friday and he still hasn't told us? Will we get another video explaining why the breaking news hasn't broken? Will the news actually be newsworthy or will it just be Ceylon tilting at windmills?

Also if Ceylon knows what the news is, which he must do given the amount of times he's insinuated that its massive!!!!!!!!!!!1!!!!, then is he being controlled or manipulated by some mysterious powers that be in order not to release it onto the freedom loving public. Knowing Ceylon's obsession with paedophiles (as long as they are "public life"), I'm willing to bet that "his" big news is actually a story that a 13 people including politicians and "celebrities" are going to be questioned by police about paedophile activities on Jersey dating back as far as the 1930's. The police claim to have a total of 45 names reported to them. I heard this on the radio this morning in a round up of what is in today's newspapers but they didn't say which newspaper was carrying the story and I haven't found it yet.

I doubt that Ceylon would be too interested unless he thought that there was a chance that names will be named. Perhaps that is what ITN are seeking legal advice on.

Edit: although thinking about it, there's nothing that Ceylon likes better than to speculate so perhaps he might suggest some names of his own.
