I reckon at some point she attempted to arrest the police, this seems to be the new FMOTL tactic of performing arrests on anyone who is colluding in fraudulent activity. I so hope there's a video to go with this

Im not exactly sure how anyone can help but sharing here just incase. Nita Benfield went to an arranged meeting with police in coventry today to report fraud by the solicitors involved with (im guessing, as i know thats what shes fighting her mortgage )she got jumped on by 10 officers hand cuffed and carted off to walgraves hospital mental section. Her son is asking if anyone knows a way to help her. Ive asked for more details. Poor love hope shes ok. The post was put up by her son on her personal profile and I also seen it in the kate of gia group xx

In her letter to the solicitor she says that she has lost sleep trying to work out the meaning of the word "you" but she uses the word "you" four times herself when she is addressing the solicitor. What a tard.

I don't know about you but I've got a little frustrated at the lack of any substantive developments in Tom's or PoEs cases. Josh Langley was mildly diverting for a while but those videos seem to have dried up. However, I have found Professor George Lees who boasts that he has posted 300 videos. I haven't counted them but I quite believe it. Like Josh, there is not really a "freeman" angle but they are entertaining until we have a notable development in the main cases.

George's videos are every bit as rich and nutty as Neelu Berry's and probably with something of a similarly sad background. I think he was made redundant about 5 years ago and has since devoted himself to becoming what he modestly describes as the world's greatest fraud investigator. At some point his wife, tired of George's obsession with fraud (he really should meet Guy Taylor) and the fact that he refuses to undertake any paid, work left him. Interestingly she says this was in 2012 but George thinks it was 2014. This seems to have deepened George's delusions and he has wound the machinations of the divorce case into the web of conspiracies that he was already expounding.

Very sad - I would guess that until quite recently he was a respectable, productive member of society. If he doesn't get some treatment, this is going to end very badly.

He is undoubtedly severely unwell although he doesn't appear to be a danger to anyone or himself. Unfortunately, I don't think that society is geared up to help him until he is. What is scary is that there are people who apparently understand and support his meandering diatribes.

Surely if thou is disputing the use of 'you' then when addressing the CEO thou should be following thine own example i.e. thou will agree to pay £5000 damages; should thou wish to use a title

"thou art"
"thou shouldst"
etc.

If you insist on going archaic, you should at least know something of the rules.

If you object to the use of you, then you are really trying to be pre-14th century (before the word entered the English language) then shouldn't you stick with the rules of writing at the time and scribble exclusively in Latin?

Good find. I remember seeing this when it first came out but I had forgotten how much Tom gave away. As you say, it's clear that he knows exactly what an endowment policy is and talks about the "insurance" policy repaying the capital. Presumably he also knew that Mrs C had stopped paying the endowment policy premiums in 1991 too.

The other little nugget in this video is that at 10.45 he admits that B&B sought repossession in 2012 because "we got a few months behind". This contradicts the recent statements that the Order of Possession was fraudulent because they were not in arrears. He also says that the Order was suspended because they continued paying the interest as directed by the judge.
