It has never occurred to them that if it was planned 2 weeks ago that when they first approached the police they would have shown them the paperwork?

I wish them well for that claim they will no doubt bring before the court under Tom's name and no doubt lose at Tom's expense and what makes it worse is that his entire family are drinking from the same cup :/

First impression was that he was sat in the corner of a pub filming.

Just took this from another persons facebook page!

This facebook user was talking about Guy Taylor ...

Paul Dean I believe Guy is 100% right in what he states about the law, however the goon squad in riot gear do not recognise that. Its just unfortunate that if anyone tries to follow Guy's methodology loses big time and becomes of no fixed abode! The cause should now be about looking forward and changing the concept of mortgages and home ownership for a fairer society, what has been attempted has failed and not worth the problems it leaves.

You really can't make this stuff up :brickwall: :brickwall:

Came across this on another website.
Guy Taylor was due in court yesterday for the start of a two day hearing for trespass. The case against him concluded today and he was found guilty by the District Judge.

Guy is really notching up Victories left, right, and center. A finding of Guilty was exactly what Guy was going for, according to Goldberry on GOOFy, "I think Guy wants to be found guilty. Now their opponants have to produce the evidence!"

So score another WIn in the Guy column :sarcasmon:

What planet are these people on? He's on trial for trespass as far as I know, what evidence does he think he's going to force "them" to reveal? The only evidence I can see is that he's cost a lot of money and wasted police time and now he's going to pay for it, or rather the taxpayer will as we're the ones who have to stump up for his room and board while he's banged up.

Er...so the prosecution don't have to produce the evidence until after they have obtained a guilty verdict?

New GOOFy "awitness" is shaping up to be an outstanding candidate :
"Once we have our own courts, jails and peace officers things will begin to change"

Because obviously when the "peace officers" drag some poor bailiff off to serve his "common law sentence" in a shed or barn with a hand-painted "JAYLE" sign, nobody will interfere with that. There certainly won't be a major police operation to rescue him, and the people involved in his kidnap probably won't go to a real prison for a decade or so. :haha: :haha:

I think that's pretty much how the lynch mobs "Grand Juries" envisaged by Michael O'Bonkers et al would work (apart from the producing the evidence bit).

Well, guilty until Ebert examines the verdict and then no doubt it will be NOT guilty.

Wasn't Dagon Sumerian? Admittedly my only knowledge of that deity comes from having read the pulp writings of HP Lovecraft. An author whose own grip on sanity was probably greater than that of Taylor's followers.
