It's not Tom's. It's one of the similar ones in the street. The street is fairly small and has a mixture of property on it. That's the nearest in size and style to Tom's as far as I can make out. I'm not going as low as DaveB but I think Tom's place could make £70k+ at auction.

The bungalow next door to Toms which was on the market to let a couple of years ago should have a well nigh identical spec to Tom's ex-bungalow.

Ah right, sorry. I shouldn't try posting before I've had coffee. I think whoever buys it will be getting a bargain. Once the kerfuffle's died down, it'll be a nice place to live, with neighbours who are probably grateful and glad it's all over.

Get a load of this, he thinks he's a socialist now.

Craig Crawford: That program we run we charge £13.00 for.. and coach them for five weeks! £2.50 PER training session.. And we run it to help people rather than make money! We don't usually coach people, but there's so many scammers our there we like to help. It's something we do to give back to the online marketing community. I usually sell geeky software smile emoticon I'm proud of that course as we've changed peoples lives for the better over the past three years. If people want to try to discredit me... That's fine smile emoticon it stops them attacking my parents andddd gives me exposure! I'm proud of what I do!! I won't explain the money situation to anyone and anyone who's part of the family wouldn't ask anyways smile emoticon which you haven't!!! these dickbags who attack me... Only show that we are making progress smile emoticon keep it coming! X

My goodness, these poor losers are so intent on being victims that they are dreaming up fantasies in which undercover cops kill Crawford in order to shut him up.

But how would that help? Tom (the haemophiliac) would bleed to death from internal injuries or the impact would loosen one of his blood clots and kill him. Waste of time getting body armour. I'd just stay at home....Oh, sorry, you haven't got one have you?

Grantham isn't that far is it, Tom? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ARM-OURED-LEF ... 1a02aeb9d2

If he wants body armour i could loan him some(provided he can make the payments and i DO NOT ACCEPT RE CHEQUES as payment :naughty: )as i've still got my from my previous career.

Serioulsy though making accussations that the Police are going to shoot him is taking it to far, they may tazer him or others if they get out of hand and become physically violent but thats about it.

Two points: "temporarily removed from the market" - because there's a boarded up shed nearby that keeps attracting rent-a-mob morons?
Needs modernising and they are looking for £110k. Oh dear Tom. Yours is going to a rushed auction ( -20%? -25%?) and needs modernising, shutters removing and dead dogs relocating. What it going to make? £80k? After all the interest, costs, charges, legal costs, bailiffs etc, you should just about have enough left over for one round in the pub. Pyrrhus was a genius compared to you.
I have enquired with quite a few auction houses and non have admitted to it being part of any upcoming auction( i think thats because of the family and supporteres whipping up trouble).
Based on the value of the houses in the area of similar size and the possibility of disruption at the auction which will put off buyers im not expecting it to fetch much more than £60-£65K.
I'd be very surprised if it went that cheap unless it's sold quietly by private treaty somewhere out of the public eye. Love to be in with a shot at that.

Loads of love and support x

What, do they think he's going to catch a cold? Wrap up warm, wear a vest and thick socks? I can see his close support security team already, Ceylon diving in front of Tom to take a bullet for him. Or legging it into the distance at the first hint of trouble.

He's a benefits monkey - the stuff he sells is worthless crap and makes him virtually no money, but claiming to be employed part time and on a low income entitles him to working tax credits. He'll get loads of other benefits because he has a child too.

I was surprised to see that Tom's former house has only two bedrooms. Up until at least 2011, there were five adults living there!

And here I am, caught up again!

OK, I'm not exactly caught up yet, I am at the end of this thread but still only 20 pages into the pre-eviction one.

I have some more random thoughts...

I'm a prostate cancer survivor, and aside from occasionally disappointing some lady friends, I don't see it as a big deal, if caught early prostate cancer is one of the more treatable forms, although my brother died from it at 47, my dad and one uncle and 4 of their brothers have it, my extended family has participated in a survey looking into hereditary links.... is English health care that far removed from ours? Is surviving prostate cancer a big deal over there? Also, I read them making a fairly big deal out of his "major surgery" for prostate cancer? My dad had his prostate removed, but that was 30 odd years ago, I am under the impression that surgical removal is akin nowadays to bleeding a patient. My own treatment (at roughly the same age as my dad) consisted of directed beam radiation therapy and some kind of pellets injected into the prostate (and both are a fun and awkward as they sound...) which was no bed of roses, but within a year I was as normal as ever, which surprised none of my doctors. I just find it odd that he appeals to the public as having some disability, am I wrong on this?

WeRE bank, phuck sake who is the idiot behind this contraption? Sorry, my formal training is in banking central banking in fact, and well, I almost felt like I had lost enough knowledge after reading that website that I ought to send my PhD diploma back....Chili Dog has more sense than these fukwits....

What i find weird, is they are claiming that while they were having their peaceful drink yesterday, and walking from one pub to the other, many of them saw 2 armed response units flanking them

Now as i have noticed that these great unwashed have their phones super glued to their hand continually recording everything, i am shocked that not one of them managed to get any video of these response units at all

Hey join the club, Gregg. I'm a prostate cancer survivor. As a good friend of mine said: If you are going to get cancer, that's the least worse one to get. I think I posted something about it further back, maybe in the other Tom Crawford thread. If Tom had his removed, it is done using instruments or, if the hospital has got it, a robot machine. It's about 4 hours in surgery but, if everything goes OK they will send you home within 24-48 hours. It isn't IMHO major, just tedious. Tom would either have had his prostate surgically removed or had a version of radiotherapy similar to you. What may have happened is that he had some complications following surgery, hence this thing about haemophilia and blood clots. I keep on about this as I have family members who have had these sorts of problems, and find it unbelievable that anyone with a brain could think that Tom has both haemophilia and blood clots. My guess is he had a blood clot following surgery which he will be taking Clexane or warfarin for, the side effects of which, amazingly, are problems with getting blood clotting to occur when you want it to.
But it sounds better why you say Cancer survivor!!!!! Repossession!!!1!!! Fraud!!21!!! Major Surgery!!3£!!

Surely Tom would be more likely to sing "The Winner Takes It All". Which in this case, wasn't him.

There were several 'interesting' unmarked vehicles around, especially the dark unmarked 4x4's. Not the sort of thing that's used for ordinary Police work, and likely to be ARV.

My personal view is that it was a game of posturing and bluff. TC assembled his little mob and set off towards the house he used to own, watching to see what the Police would do. The Police replied with a drive-by parade of nearby units, to show they were ready to respond. TC's mob lost their bottle and sensibly withdrew.

The Police can play this game forever. In the time it takes the Crawfools to muster a mob and whip them into readiness for violent criminal acts, the Police easily can assemble a faster and better defence force to stop them.

Oh, Tom's a full time victim, that's the deal.

Tom added the "cancer survivor" spin on to his original story in order to heighten his victimhood. He says he was screwed by the bank and his dog was dying, that he buried his mother in law week before the eviction, one of the cops touched him and one of his chickens is missing.

Now Crawford hangers-on are working overtime to make themselves equally pathetic victims. One of them complains that he got bit by the guard dog while he was shaking the security fence that surrounds Tom's old bungalow.

Their victimhood is so intense that it's a sickness.
