That could easily be read as a general waffle, yes, we've been talking to people and now we are starting to understand that we are dealing with a bunch of nutters. Rightmove won't pull the ad of their own volition, they will be discussing with the selling agent what they will do next.

The Agents will have no issue selling this property, there are plenty of options for the selling agents.

I've seen stickers that look just like what's in the image - embossed with raised surfaces and everything. So are you sure it's actual wax?

And a seal.... doesn't it have to have whiskers to be a seal?

Yes, they'll just cut the price further and target it to the speculators. Eventually someone will pay £20k, bulldoze the bungalow and leave the plot vacant for a decade. Then when all the fuss has died down they'll come back and build on it, for a very tidy profit.

two things I've noticed about the freetards on facebook BTBATB they don't consent to live by any acts/stautes/legislation unless it involves the human rights act 1998 and the tax credit act 2002. Otherwise they're free as a bird...

Well, at least one good thing has come out of this. The fact that the (ahem) Grand Jury found it necessary to nullify Godsmark's judgment and all orders arising from it proves that O'Bonkers and his crew have, at long last, admitted that Tom lost his case on that day. That is some progress.
