The police have patience of saints, listening to that retard craig read from his poxy paper must be soul destroying. Sue claims they have a high court writ... it isn't, it's simply an order to the county court to provide the crawfrauds with copies (that they've already had) of the orders. Let's face it they're great at losing stuff dating back to 1991 with the endowment policy.

And blaming other people don't forget. Thinking about it, Tom and Sue can't remember what type of mortgage they took out back in August 1988. That is seriously bad early onset dementia.

They seem to think the letter from the high court means they've won and the police should go. And it's Tom's on the land registry, so they own it.

Now the copper is questioning why these people who accept no acts made by men, only the common law, are now so keen for the police to act on an act from a court of men. Ginger nuts is impartial, he can't comment. The words hoist, own and petard come to mind.

The order isn't giving them permission to appeal. They've said to the court that they need copies of all the court documents because they intend to appeal. Whether this is to appeal the possession/eviction order or just their failed application the other day to stop B&B from disposing of their belongings I don't know. I'm guessing the possession order.

The judge who heard the application doesn't know (or care probably) if they have any grounds for appeal. But in order to ensure that justice is done and there is procedural fairness, the court has granted them permission to have the documents. This is not a 'win' in any sense of the word - it's a procedural matter to ensure there is, or has been, fairness throughout.

If those documents disclose any new grounds of appeal (that is, new evidence or arguments that weren't previously known or available and that have arisen as a result of the disclosure of the documents), the Crawfords would then have to ask the court for permission to appeal on the basis of those new grounds.

Then the court would hold a hearing to decide if there actually are any new grounds for appeal, before granting or declining permission to appeal.

If permission to appeal is granted, then the Crawfords would then proceed to appeal the judgment of HHJ Godsmark. Although why they'd want to, given that they believe he found in their favour, God knows.
