Turning to the court letter. Tom is making up a whole load of crap out of nothing. All that court letter says is the Crawfords should have copies of all the relevant documents. What it doesn't say is any previous ruling is wrong, suspend any current activity or reverse a decision anywhere.

They've already had all the evidence. From what I've seen, it 100% supports B&Bs claim for possession. But because the Crawford camp has constructed its own version of events, they all think there must be other documents that haven't been disclosed to them. I don't see any developer wanting it either due to the cost of renovation and the trouble associated with the property and the potential for more trouble(any selling agent has to make potential buyers aware of these issues).
So well done to all involved you've made the place unsellable and you've impacted the lives of all the residents of Fearn chase and have probably cost the residents thousands by devaluing their properties aswell(i wonder if they could claim compensation for the devaluing of their properties).

Do you want me to put you off even more? Artex may contain asbestos. Given it is now broken it is a small danger but much worse than before. It needs testing and if found to contain asbestos, needs specialists to remove it. Guess who would be footing the bill one way or another?

Well ginger was certainly abusive and provocative, the old bill were remarkably restrained.
Knowing how easily distracted this mob are , the old bill should run an ice cream van up there, they'll soon divert their attention to that, I just love the way they got all excited by the arrival of a pizza yesterday and scoffed the lot while the rooftop protestors looked hungrily on.
