I think you meant to say the mortgagor picks up the costs if the mortgagee repossesses.

Did he mention asking the judge if he was under oath/ or comment on the judges attire, was it correct attire? And was he wearing lace up or slip on shoes? oh and 1 blue and 1 green sock?

New poster alert.

Having encountered freeman woo on a professional basis I was delighted to find a sanctuary from the madness to let off steam.

Bagman whilst I'm sure Mr Gillard has the best of intentions I'd question his honesty and the extent to which he helps others. If you take a look at the Trial by Socual Media videos you'll see that, certainly in some circumstances, he provides incorrect advice to those he "helps".

As an example he is utterly incorrect to suggest that a warrant to access a property to fit a pre-payment meter can only be done on health and safety grounds.

As for his take on the rooftop 6 hearing I do wish he would post his side of the story, particularly given he is so keen on transparency.

Suggested attempted murder against one of the rooftop 6? :brickwall: :brickwall: :brickwall:

We shall look forward to the video to back up Mark's claims of attempted murder but somehow doubt it as its all cobblers anyway & he'll claim the corrupt cops deleted before handing back upon his release.

The old bill love to ratchet up the cuffs, damaged the nerves in my wrist many years ago, but you sort of accepted a bit of brutality when younger. Wouldn't fancy it these days mind you

Not listened to all of it yet but so far the interviewer describes Ceylon as a 'legend in his own lunchtime' and TC thought he had lost his case until Ebert examined and decoded the legalese.

I appreciate that maybe plain English is not Ebert's first language but suggest he uses a translator/dictionary - when does no translate as yes or black as white or true as false?

Perhaps they have held another Grand Jury and Tom has an arrest warrant for the judge.

And did the judge "run" from the court at any stage? I would be amazed if he didn't.

I think I've found what you are talking about. DO NOT go quoting it on here, the person he is talking about is awaiting trial.
And you can get to it if you don't go through BTBATB.

Mark Gillard in respone to ceylons radio interview........ :Axe:
29 July at 18:57

I'm just up to the bit where Ceylon says the judge ordered the CPS to come up with a more serious charge. Well I was sat there and this DID NOT HAPPEN. The CPS notified the judge at around 10.15 am that the charges now included affray. TC was in and out of the gallery all morning so may have missed this. Betty's reletive in front of me clarified this as it was difficult to hear. However doesn't it sound more juicy if they JUDGE took over the CPS's job and upped the charges. What a load of nonesense. I feel a video coming on when I'm better ;-) :beatinghorse:
