An exact carbon copy of the Satori site, complete with all the youtube videos previously discussed, links to Derek's fictional Real Estate Council of Canada, and invitations to invest with them that will only result in deposits never being returned. Perhaps the real Satori Investments (a very large multi-national investment house with billions in assets) did not take kindly to their name being taken in vain.

Derek may be having some legal problems of his own. Since last year he has managed to accumulate $65,000 in fines plus costs from the Real Estate Council of Alberta - the government legislated body authorized to manage the real estate profession in Alberta. Like all the other court ordered judgements against him he just ignored them since as a true OPCA adherent he did not "consent" to their authority. The Real Estate Council of Alberta went as far as attempting to extort money from family members of mine on the title of a home that was in the middle of a sale (that was not even mine), attempting to steal $65,000 in equity from the proceeds of the sale.
RECA was unsuccessful in their extortion attempts but they continue to feature my name on their website to this day and continue a campaign of harassment and slander even going as far as obtaining an order preventing myself from contacting their office and board of directors who are responsible for their actions.

Those dastardly folks at RECA in collusion with the courts not only served him with an injunction, they even are trying to enforce their fines by putting a lien on his house. Derek should think strongly of paying up or the next step is for a court ordered foreclosure to extract the monies due. Rather poetic I feel.

I sued RECA, the lawyers as well as the judges who were instrumental in stonewalling me and allowing for justice to take place within our Canadian Court System.
They effectively barred me from acting as a plaintiff or defendant in their system, not allowing me to file paperwork in either capacity. They would not allow me a hearing unless I could come up with a $150,000.00 non refundable deposit made to their company (Court of Queens Bench) in the event that I would have to pay for services in the event that I would not win the lawsuit - even though I was suing the employees of the Court itself !
This was an obvious conflict of interest but was never made public until now !
By being barred from using the Canadian Courts this means that the employees at the courts general filing are not allowed to accept paperwork from me no matter whether I am making a claim or defending myself in a court action.
That means I am not able to effectively defend myself in a court action, depriving me of my rights as a Canadian citizen.

Might I suggest to Derek that he obtain competent legal advice from a real lawyer. As a vexatious litigant that will give him the ability to attempt to mount some sort of defence.

This introduction is for the extortion racket called the Real Estate Council of Alberta, the lawyers who are paid to support them and continue to perpetuate lies and deception, the two media reporters who were tricked into believing that you have to be a Realtor to buy and sell real estate, the zombie lawyers, judges and the lost souls on quatloos who were tricked by the lawyers, and those that are seeking the real truth into what is happening in the business underbelly of the Real Estate Industry in Canada.

Thank you... As I have mentioned previously, Derek and Kevin are stuck on a script. I have seen Derek be forced to go off script once before when Manji didn't show up for a planned meeting and couldn't be contacted and Derek appeared positively frightened. I will be posting something soon on Kumar's scripted responses even when they are blatantly off cue.

As I have mentioned before, Derek and Kumar like to stick to a script, no matter even if it is wildly inappropriate under the circumstances. Here is a link to a series of text message exchanges between Kevin Kumar and someone who he believes is one of his foreclosure victims. Even when he is told that he is actually texting a Constable Chamberlain of the RCMP (pigpot's men in jodhpurs) he stays on script. The victim just happened to be giving a statement to the police when Kumar started the exchange. Please excuse the file order, I believe 4040r and 4041r were interchanged. The only items redacted are Kumar's and Chamberlain's phone numbers.

It consists mostly of Kumar feeling sorry for himself and claiming he and Derek are being slandered:
