Anyone got an idea of how to dig into Karl's current BFF, Gus Breton? He self reports that he's a felon and prohibited from owning a gun. Must be some info out there.

Re: Lentz, Karl
Quick search, all I have time for now.
True name: Ghislain Breton
Residence: New Hampshire
Court history: two bankruptcies (1997, 2008); FTL (2006, $7K)
And Breton v. IRS, 13-cv-00136 (DNH). Numbnuts sues IRS, RA and Citizens Bank for a levy on his account. The complaint is an unintelligible mishmash. Dismissed sua sponte less than a month after filing. The M-J's R&R is here. Heartwarming, how Lentz teaches his acolytes to lose just as quickly and thoroughly as he does.
As far as his felony conviction goes, NH criminal records are apparently not public. However, Breton talks about it himself here. It's a travesty, I tell you.

A "short history" in fourteen single space typed pages? The only thing "short" in all of that is my remaining actuarial lifespan which, at this point, is too brief to slog through rubbish. I have enough rubbish to go through doing my Allan Curle postings.wserra wrote:Quick search, all I have time for now.

Lentz has been very quiet. I am surprised. He was making big bucks in donations from hosting marathon 4-8 hour weekly conference calls. Maybe the money stopped flowing in?

Karl apparently did a talkshoe on the 16th but it's not available for listening?

Interesting clip from Karl:

Seems to confirm that everyone that acted upon Karl's Queen's Bench advice had their claims thrown out.

Re: Lentz, Karl
Here is what amazes me: he flat out admits that people using his methods fail. Although I'm sure if asked about this he would clarify that they only fail because they didn't do his brand of sovcit magic right. In any case, people still pay him outrageous sums of money for one-on-one personal time with him for their legal problems. It seems once a month some idiot is dishing out thousands (plus travel expenses) so Karl can come visit them and give them advice which will help them lose their case.Jeffrey wrote:Interesting clip from Karl:

Usually, people who turn to Karl's type of advice do so because they are desperate. They are usually poor and have debt problems. Yet instead of spending money on a lawyer - which might actually help them - they give it to clowns like Karl? Human stupidity never ceases to amaze.

Re: Lentz, Karl
Another interesting clip from Karl, not because of the actual content but rather what it implies:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jV-drqcIyP4
The caller is from Texas and claims he's being charged with:
TEX PE. CODE ANN. § 32.46 : Texas Statutes - Section 32.46: SECURING EXECUTION OF DOCUMENT BY DECEPTION - See more at: http://codes.lp.findlaw.com/txstatutes/ ... 2paKk.dpuf
Which seems to indicate some new tactic for dealing with paper terrorism.

That could get real painful for the Republic of Texas idjits or the pretend common law grand jury types, since this is aimed directly at them, kinda like a double barreled shotgun set for full range.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.

Particularly gross clip:

Man from Canada who owns a butcher shop is calling in because he's opted out of all statutory health regulations and is being taken to court on September 11th. Doesn't mention which province.

No sympathy whatsoever for the guy, and normally I am, even to the point of having tracked down a few FMOTL believers and talked to them. Any meat processor in Canada, from the small independant butcher to the big slaughterhouses running through 10K animals a day knows that the regulations may be onerous, but following them is an absolute requirement. The inspectors will even work with you to ensure compliance, rather than in a strictly disciplinary mode. Similarly, if you need help, advice and even financial help is available from industry sources to meet compliance since a single bad element is considered a stain on the whole industry. This clip is definitely amusing, Karl attempts to convince Angela Stark that property taxes are a good thing.

Karl's buddy, Gus, has broken radio silence concerning John Fall's incarceration. His October 21st talkshoe contains some discussion about how Fall lost in court despite Karl's help, with the usual failure to acknowledge that they failed.

Re: Lentz, Karl
Well I've managed to get my hands on the case number for Gus Breton's felony firearm possession charges:
456-2015-CR-02672
Only problem is, New Hampshire doesn't post case history online so this won't be as easy as it was with the Freewill case. But I believe I should be able to get some concrete proof that Gus and Karl have been lying about the charges being dropped.

Karl is back and ready to take your money to ensure you lose your case! He recently appeared on a 3+ (no, really) hour My Private Audio show. My Private Audio, for those who don't know, is sort of a weekly sovereign citizen circus. Every week they have a new guru on to tell you how to make judges flee and establish your own court:
http://recordings.talkshoe.com/TC-39904/TS-1020660.mp3
Karl has been busy it seems. He has a new client - whom he is quick to tell us has loads of money because she has a house inside the DC beltway. She is losing her kid to adoption. Which, given how hard family courts work to keep children with their mothers, means she must be beyond a terrible parent. Karl swooped in to the rescue though! He had her file magical paperwork with the clerk establishing her own court. Now she is going to order 120+ people to appear in her court and explain why she wasn't given her property back. It will be a slam dunk, I am sure this will work and her kid will be back in no time.
What slays me about Karl Lentz is that he charges insane amounts of money to do this sort of one-on-one coaching. Its usually so many thousands of dollars that anyone paying it could have hired an actual lawyer. But no, instead, they hire a sovereign guru that has never won a single case.
