Note: From about mid September 2015, through Discoveries Int'l Ltd, I will be considering accepting some cases that fulfil certain criteria, on a Consultancy basis to assist with checking any possession claims for a flat fee (pls enquire for details if interested) for up to 25 hours of investigative work together with providing an ACTION REPORT to implement, in order to secure your defence and position, and hopefully get the claim thrown out. Please send me a private message if interested.

So yet another person who has lost their house is setting themselves up as a guru on the subject.

In that case I would like to announce my newest venture offering help and advice for a flat fee on man-management, archery and painting and decorating... Three things I am particularly bad at

Jimmy has charging orders on his property (which leads me to suspect he has a property with a mortgage). He had a hissy fit (on GOODF) when someone posted about charging orders being subject to interest and the beneficiary can order a sale, when this was validated he whimpered 'are you sure, I've got a few charging orders'.

I was going to respond to each point she has made individually but I can't be bothered. She lost her house and wants to charge other people to give them advice about saving their homes.

This idiot couldn't even save her own home - she is batshit crazy and then some

Sadly yes.

To be strictly accurate she's been acting as an expert utterly inept advisor for a while. Take the notorious Doncaster child care proceedings she was involved with and the unqualified success she had there where she managed to get herself jailed for contempt. :haha:

It does and this is why we are also seeing Tom Crawford now obtaining guru status. It is essential that you have failed in your endeavours before you can become a footle guru.

Paula Campbell had her home stolen by REDSTONE MORTGAGES in SKIPTON YORKSHIRE . So did Guy Taylor....how many others??
The Financial Conduct "Authority" (authority on what?) confirmed 2 months ago that this is a CLONE of the SKIPTON London Wall version.
The SKIPTON versions has fraudulently out a '0' in front of the Cos. hse number - now look below for the confirmation of this and LET THE PUBLIC BRING THESE ROGUE TRADERS TO BOOK!
we are ALL at risk from these kinds of financial fraudsters, who are legion - now check out HOME MORTGAGE LOANS (HML) & you'll see they are trading from the same address as rogue Redstone in SKIPTON!
Gulp!
ready for the next shockwaves?
HML is behind about 75% of ILLEGAL FORECLOSURES in UK... IE the fodder and mainstay for the corrupt Legal Profession and HMCTS in Britain

Thank you for your email to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) dated 16 June 2015.
I can confirm that we do regulate a firm called Redstone Mortgages Ltd, the contact details for which can be found on the website page below:
http://www.fsa.gov.uk/register/firmBasi ... sid=121034
However, the firm you've mentioned based in Skipton appears to be a clone. So, I've forwarded your email to our Unauthorised Business Department and Financial Crime Teams. But, sadly I can't get back to you to tell you how we'll be dealing with the matter because we treat such issues confidentially. Although, you letting us know about the situation is much appreciated.
I hope this is useful.

It seems that Redstone Mortgages are registered with the FSA at a City address in London (http://www.fsa.gov.uk/register/firmBasi ... sid=121034) but their website provides a Skipton address for postal use by customers (http://www.redstonemortgages.com/)

The Skipton address is occupied by a financial services outsourcing company HML - "HML is the UK's largest third-party mortgage administration servicer with over 25 years' experience providing a range of outsourced solutions to some of the world's best known financial brands" (http://www.hml.co.uk/contact/skipton-office/).

Or to put it more simply, Redstone pays HML to manage their mortgage portfolio. Well, that's not really a 'shockwave', is it Elizabeth?

Further to HP's excellent post (but with pretty pictures)

Just for Lizzies benefit, as I do enjoy pissing on her parade

https://www.hml.co.uk/latest-thinking/2 ... -10-years/

Redstone and HML celebrate 10 years

HML, the UK and Ireland’s leading third-party mortgage administration company, is celebrating ten years of servicing the mortgage portfolios of Redstone.

As for HML

Registered Office: Homeloan Management Limited, The Pavilions, Bridgwater Road, Bristol, BS13 8AE. Registered in England 2214839. VAT No: 720707460. Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority No: 304476. ‘Specialist Mortgage Services’ Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority No: 303216.

https://www.hml.co.uk/contact/skipton-office/

As for Redstone Mortgages

So lizzie can understand the address quoted is the address for HML who are regulated and authorised by the FCA. HML is the mortgage administration company (similar to Acenden and the Lehman lenders SPML etc). Going back to Redstone, they are also regulated and authorised by the FCA as shown above. This woman is bat shit crazy and this latest madness is not surprising given she is incapable of reading legislation (LPA (MP) 1989). - I know I said I wouldn't respond to the individual points she made :brickwall: :brickwall: :brickwall: :brickwall:

Anyone would be even more bat shit crazy to even think about paying her to try and save their home. After all, lizzie couldn't even do that to her own home :naughty:

Redstone is a sub prime lender. They used to deal in self certification mortgages. When you bear in mind their customers generally lied about their income in order to obtain the loan (liar loan) you can hardly blame Redstone if someone gets repossessed.

As a forensic bullshit investigator I have discovered something about all these cases. It appears that PJC owed about £700k on her mortgage with no means or intention of paying it, Inky Taylor owed an even greater sum and although for years now has claimed to have repaid it in cash and have proof this has never seen the light of day. I understand Liz owes around £300k too. It's not clear how much Tom, who brought us this "shockwave" news, owes but in broad terms it's probably around £100k.

Does anybody else find it strange that all of these people are in debt up to their eyeballs and have also been robbed of their homes by organisations that lend money? It's almost as if there is some kind of connection.

My extensive experience as a Legal Forensic Consultant indicates a similar pattern. In the words of my colleague Special Agent Fox Mulder, "How many times have we been here before, Scully? Right here. So close to the truth, and now with what we've seen and what we know, to be right back at the beginning with nothing."

RED ALERT! BEWARE OF COUNTERFEIT BANK STATEMENTS!
The Private Banking a Unit of HBOS (now bank of Scotland) have endemic corruption so darn bad that a huge cover up is blocking it all, to disallow you access to Justice.
Ive established that a SHADOW BANK exists in BOS' private Banking unit, called IN PARALLEL SOLUTIONS which is an inside track that's operated since April 2000, & it literally runs in parallel to the main bank's ledger, ultra vires of The Banking code, mortgage code, regulatory code....I.e. It's an illegal and lawless set up, being sanctioned evidently by the UK Govt!
The criminals involved have opened no less than FIVE "bank acs" abusing the Watsons name and data, using fake account numbers & fraudulent sort codes, without any signed Mandate of Authority !
The worst fake account shows a fictitious balance of a whopping £407,024.19 "OD"!!
This lie was created in November 2011at the time of the Lloyd's/BOS merger. The Banks Group Operations guy, Tom Aston, told me on 25 Sept 2013 that it was someone else's debt - called GAVIN & EILEEN STEWART- wrongly migrated on to our name!
THAT WAS TWO YEARS AGO YET THE ACCOUNT IS STILL LEFT OPEN!
Then comes the monumental Public Interest issue of COUNTERFEIT BANK STATEMENTS and money laundering!
The previous identities of this money laundering vehicle, deployed by criminals inc Fraser Mackay (ex-head Auditor of HBOS) to try to steal our home, are at least 3 other fake account numbers - the first was used to steal nearly £101,000 from us through compound deceptions & Serious Organised Crime - STILL NOT RESOLVED DUE TO A MASSIVE CRIMINAL COVER UP

I think it might be that her massively overdrawn account has been moved from her branch to a specialist unit within the bank and this is a criminal fraud because reasons and stuff.

Ah, the glory days of banking before the global financial crisis. Bank of Scotland set up a 'private bank' for their bigger customers.
