BTW: I crashed the dollar which is why the US' bond rating fell. Once I did that? Then I attacked theM withe little contract law.... There was never any valid Treaty . The UN couldn't - couldn't - exist without the IMF first existing and vice versa so not only was the process violated but the 'treaty'?

Her legal pleading is at http://www.scribd.com/doc/130752170/In- ... ef=Default - it's 46 pages of spectacular ranting nonsense.

Peter is laying the foundations for a plea of "insanity" if the authorities ever go after him....( which they won't).... Peter is never going to be in REal trouble.

Come on, guys. We're better than this. If you insist on attending imaginary meetings, fine, but don't make fun of the runes.
Think that's a typo - he meant to say making fun of the runts.
I think he means Peters bank is falling around his ears and in ruins so don't take the piss by hitting him while he is down.

The last sentence of that letter Bones,
If you feel you have been a victim of fraud
...etc. I wonder does the receiver now understand that he has been had over by P of E?

It's the same on most of the letters we see. I don't know how they could make it any clearer without writing in big letters, with a colourful marker pen "You're being conned, seek help and advice!"

It's bad enough falling for something as stupid and obviously crooked as this but to still be falling for it when they're advising you to speak to fraud departments...

It makes you realise how, despite all man's advances, some haven't really moved to far from their primitive simian origins (substitute amoebic for some).

But remember, this is what Peter wanted all along-- for one of his clients to take him to court!

Yes but the idiot will probably think that it is DVLA who is committing fraud. They have kept his cheque and want paying again. The numpty will think they are trying to get paid twice. It wouldn't surprise me that if he does contact Action Fraud he reports DVLA. Peter has got the suckers exactly where he wants them.

Same as the numpty a couple of weeks back who got the hump because his local Council would not take one of his cheques and better still were refusing to send it back. His master plan was to bill them 250GDP for not returning it along with a letter saying he had attempted to pay his Council Tax and they had refused payment therefore his CT was now paid and the matter was closed. He was back three or four days later asking for advice as he was being taken to Court by said Council, he seemed to be most surprised they would do such a thing! :brickwall: :brickwall: :brickwall:
When I looked up "Ninjas" in Thesaurus.com, it said "Ninja's can't be found" Well played Ninjas, well played.

But but.....it might be written in legalese, has anyone been able to read between the lines? Perhaps it means the cheque was accepted? Or as Peter used to claim, they are trying to trick you into paying twice ??

Initial thoughts are that this is the sort of person I feel sorry for. Through no apparent fault of their own they have found themselves in rent arrears and they have turned to the con artist otherwise known as Peter of England for help.

However, their comment about the Polish has removed all sympathy that I initially had. People like this always want to blame others for their predicament so I suspect that there were valid reasons, that they are not sharing, to why they had their benefits cancelled.

There's clearly a big part of the story missing, & they won't get the help they need until they reveal those details, however credit to sammy65 for trying to send them to sensible places rather than the stupid were bank they were sent to before.

my housing and council tax benefits were stopped recently without explanation
No reason was given . we appealed and they've turned us down.
Quite frankly I don't believe them and even it were the case that the benefits had been stopped without notification then a simple phone-call to the council's benefits section would have revealed the reason. Councils don't just stop paying HB and CTB without a reason even if that reason was erroneous.

I suspect GPree knows damned well why the benefits were stopped but that reason is down to them doing something stupid from the FMOTL Bumper Book of Bullshit.

Ah... Hang on a minute...
aside from child benefit and children's tax credits, those were the only befits i was on
So this person is unemployed and receiving child benefit and CTC but not JSA, ESA, Income Support or any other contributions based or means tested benefits. I wonder why.

Either this person is not claiming a benefit to which they are entitled or they are not entitled to means tested benefits for some reason... Or they are lying.
