We all need a good legal dictionary, of course. Blacks? Some other old foreign dictionary? How about a brand-new, bang up to date (possibly), British (maybe) version?

Then you might be in the market for a Mini Dictionary - UKL mini book. The puff says:
UKL Mini Dictionary this mini book, are ideal for taking into court this covers approximately 90 of the basic words you need for courts... FREE delivery
(That's an exact quote. If I inserted [sic] for every grammatical and punctuation error I'd be here all night. But the spelling looks okay, so the author is clearly an expert linguist.)

90 words! Gosh. I've never seen such a small dictionary. I suppose it would fit on a page or two, so free postage is hardly pushing the boat out. The price? A mere £99. A bargain, I'm sure. Better yet, there is a discount if you buy it at the Unkommonlaw and British Constitution Group Spring Conference this weekend.

I'm sure it puts "A Dictionary of Law" by those chumps at Oxford to shame. What with each word costing £1.10 compared to Oxfords measly .0025p per definition you clearly are getting much more valuable and expensive words with the UKL Mini Dictionary. Now that's not to be sniffed at.

Plus as an added bonus you get to cite law from a book that even the Judge won't have heard of nor will he be able to stand under it (unless he gets a copy and suspends it above his head). Thank you LittleFred for pointing this bargain out.

I also note that the website selling it offers the encouraging tagline "believe in our products", of course it doesn't specify who should do this believing. I mean some people believe in the tooth fairy, others in Santa Clause and a good few that the Queen is a reptilian space monster, it does seem that by offering this premise the vendor is pretty much admitting that the product is about as tangible as the aforementioned ideas that a fairy would collect the teeth of children and replace them with money, that an old man lives at the North Pole and gives out toys made by slave labour to all the children of the world, or that her Majesty lays eggs and is a big fan of the TV miniseries V.

And Hayes' name still appears on the Individual Insolvency Register. He was made bankrupt on 22nd March 2011, discharge suspended indefinitely. :haha:
How was he made bankrupt for not paying CT if CT had been "annulled"?
Wot a silly Woger.

I don't think Roger's name will be coming off that register any time soon. Have to wonder how he manages to survive presumably being without access to many of the financial services that make life easier and better in modern society.

Roger Hayes has crawled back under neath the rock from where he came:

Someone on the British Constitution Forum asked a question about whether our Rog will be making any public appearances soon. This is the reply:

Hello Sally, welcome, and many many thanks and congratulations for getting as far as a sensible profile build (face will improve matters though), AND this FORUM question.

I'll start with the "bad" news, but lots of Good stuff to follow too:

I'm afraid that Roger, as in Roger Hayes, although still "with us" in terms of having a profile:

https://lawfulbank.com/Roger-Hayes/

...has pretty well "abandoned ship" in terms of communicating any further with us, or even about "Lawful Bank" as a concept. The best I can summarise is that he didn't take kindly to having his foundation ideas questioned, and in his own words "doesn't do social media" anyway.

The last public meeting (offline) that I am aware he attended / presented, and which was recorded, was in March 2014, at AV5 (Alternative View I believe that is). The link is here and attached / embedded to be played onsite at the bottom:

Roger Hayes AV5 Bankster Mortgage Fraud
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YAUgx8tbbvI

My involvement with him / us, was last summarised in January 2014, if you scroll along (or watch through to) 30:00 and the last half hour of this:

UK Column Live 15th January 2014
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=slyY7ysP7Qo

And any supplementary text-phone top ups and so on, advising me (my family) to prepare for criminal action against Bedfordshire Police (and collectively all Police and Politicians and Judiciary and of course Bankers) I typed up / itemised / analysed / promoted best I could, from about page_10 of this mega-Group-Action "discussion":

https://lawfulbank.com/forum/thread/69/ ... n-refund-/

Roger is on page_4 (panel 48):

https://lawfulbank.com/forum/thread/69/ ... d-/page_4/

...starting...

Roger Hayes said...

This is just a short message to let the group know that I am aware that we all need an update on how things re the Lawful Bank and the Class Action against the banks are progressing. Briefly - there have been a few steps forward and a few steps back... so, some good news and some disappointments....

...and I typed up and posted his telephone (+ text) advice, on page_10, panel 139, starting (and including the police constables concerned):

Neil Warren said...

I'm sick of repeating my "woe is me" shit too. My own computer is sitting under my Mum's desk here, and is jam-packed with correspondence of every sort, with everyone, from Dept of Justice to Andrew Selous MP - Prisons Minister for now, presumably as a "reward" for something - to the named principles and agents (directors and partners) of GMAC, now Paratus, and Barclays lurking behind them, TLT Solicitors, the lot. And the Courts and Judges, of course....

...8) Being made homeless is the equivalent of false imprisonment (believe me), and the going rate for that is £2,000 an hour, or something of that order (see Michael Doherty). I've done 5,000 hours at least, so my case against Bedfordshire Police, on its own...

...could-should be assessed in the TEN MILLION POUNDS kind of bracket.

The "Good" news, for you Sally, and for all of us I hope, is that sooner or later the money supplying families will be replaced, hopefully with the whole Money System (as is) therefore failing too, world wide, and what (and who) will be left, is just little old me, and you, and our homes (those who have them) and lives and food we grow and other work we do.

Your profile says "retired", but I suspect that's just from whatever $-Job you had, rather than "from life"?

Either way, have a loooooooooooooooong read anywhere around the FORUMS sectors (beyond General where we are just now), and see if you have anything you might be interested in Contributing in "Education", say:

https://lawfulbank.com/forum/12/education/

And then also note that merging together our online with offline selves is not exactly an "easy" thing to achieve either, but hopefully if you can read and understand what was going on here (with Rodney and me and others):

https://lawfulbank.com/new-zealand-nz-0 ... -auckland/

https://lawfulbank.com/ezpzpc/

Essentially:

https://lawfulbank.com/new-zealand-nz-6 ... city/info/

There is some confusion between map numbering and postcode zones for New Zealand.

The 0-9 zones are: -

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Postcodes_in_New_Zealand

Code prefix.....Regions

.....0.....Northland, Auckland (Rodney, Hibiscus Coast, North Shore & West Auckland)
.....1.....Auckland (roughly the old Auckland City)
.....2.....Auckland (South & East), Waikato (northernmost part)
.....3.....Bay of Plenty, Waikato
.....4.....Gisborne, Hawke's Bay, Taranaki, Manawatu-Wanganui
.....5.....Wellington (Wairarapa, Kapiti, Porirua and Hutt Valley)
.....6.....Wellington (roughly Wellington City)
.....7.....Tasman, Nelson, Marlborough, West Coast, Canterbury (excluding Christchurch)
.....8.....Canterbury (roughly Christchurch City)
.....9.....Otago, Southland

And the 1-10 map numbering used in the page avatar comes from:

https://www.nzpost.co.nz/sites/default/ ... -index.pdf

It is our hope that if you build community-BRANCHES based around your postcodes, there will be minimum overlap and confusion. You may choose to evolve this system over time though, so click "Join" on your appropriate zone for now, and keep communicating.

The full list (2015) of New Zealand based zone of branch community pages to join, on LawfulBank.com, which is also The People's Bank, built and owned by people (you), for people (you), is:

https://lawfulbank.com/new-zealand-nz-0 ... -auckland/
https://lawfulbank.com/new-zealand-nz-1-auckland-city/
https://lawfulbank.com/new-zealand-nz-2 ... d-waikato/
https://lawfulbank.com/new-zealand-nz-3 ... y-waikato/
https://lawfulbank.com/new-zealand-nz-4 ... -wanganui/
https://lawfulbank.com/new-zealand-nz-5 ... tt-valley/
https://lawfulbank.com/new-zealand-nz-6 ... gton-city/
https://lawfulbank.com/new-zealand-nz-7 ... anterbury/
https://lawfulbank.com/new-zealand-nz-8 ... urch-city/
https://lawfulbank.com/new-zealand-nz-9 ... southland/

...and that therefore one or the other of:

https://lawfulbank.com/new-zealand-nz-5 ... tt-valley/
https://lawfulbank.com/new-zealand-nz-6 ... gton-city/

...is waiting for you to spot and use the equivalent:

Click the "Join" word to start your zone of BRANCH / Communities building

AND THEN (told you there was lots of Good potential at least), come the happy day that Roger Mk 2.0, or his evolved "learned from the shoulders of giants" replacement stage speaker, like Rik Parris here:

https://lawfulbank.com/forum/thread/233 ... we-all-do/

...is ready to rumble in your jungle, you (and others) will be able to set that up, "no problem", for example here:

https://lawfulbank.com/new-zealand-nz-6 ... ity/event/

Hope we're helping each other?

(And don't forget to make sure all your "lawfulbank.com" auto emails do NOT go to spam, and that when you add a New Reply panel you also option Subscribe = Yes, which is not a money thing, but only to ask to get any update replies like this one.)

Roger Hayes will no doubt find a band wagon to jump on sooner or later, mark my words. Thing is , is that when Roger Hayes shows up anywhere in 'support' of some one you can guarantee that last wheel is about to fall off the case in question.
This was one of his last famouse quotes
Bradford and Bingley have now opened the door
indeed thay had, but what Hayes forgot to add was that B&B had closed it to the Crawford family.

It may be worth recording here that Roger Hayes turned up at one of Tom Crawford's court hearings. There is video of him outside the court, taking to whoever would listen. Was that the same video with the "opened the door" quote, and also featured Peter of England? I forget.

Can you blame him with the idiots running about in the "movement"?

Clueless, narcissistic & broke, with broke being the most important, isn't what people, even conmen, want to be associated with.

He'll resurface, just with clear blue water between himself & serial losers like Ceylon & Crawford

I guess the only question to answer is, which of them will be floating face down in it? I seriously worry about what Tom Crawford will do if his delusion ever crumbles and he comes to appreciate what he has done and how easily he could have avoided the horrible mess he's in.

This was another beauty from Hayes.
The evidence is so overwhelming in favour of Tom that they are now going to embarrass the judge into finding a solution in their (B&B's favour.

I bet Hayes is kicking himself he never thought up Poe's fake cheque book scam.

He had a potentially lucrative pretend bank at his disposal but never managed to translate it in to the money-spinner the WeaRy Bank is / was. :violin:

It is more likely that Hayes is pig sick that Peter of England had taken the foundation (idea) of his bullshit con lawfulbank a lot further than he had the brains to do himself.P of E's bank seems to have paid off a lot quicker and have been more lucrative than Hayes's bank ever had a chance of doing.

Just thought it was worth posting this as it shows exactly what happened at the exact time of this so called arrest of a Judge.
2:50 Roger Hayes giving the order to the arrest The Judge (Michael Peake). The guy appearing from the right is Stephen (Rusty the man) Aspinall, who got nowhere near the judge and ended up doing 18 months for his troubles.Watch for a about another 5-10 min and we will notice Hayes collects his paperwork and leaves the court and tells a police officer "we have arrested the judge".
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n_MaK0VYqHs
He had this to say about his involvement including a special message to Roger Hayes.
THIS IS A MESSAGE FROM ‘RUSTY THE MAN’

I would like to wish all of you, my fellow Rebels out there, who are enjoying your FREEDOM – A very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year for 2012!!!

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank all of you out there, who have NOT FORGOTTEN ME or the reason I am in here, being held in HMP Preston, UNLAWFULLY!

I also want to thank, my dad, girlfriend and all of my friends, from the bottom of my heart, for having made the effort, for taking the time to support me, by way of letters, Postal Orders, and Broadcasts. At least I know that there are a few of you out there who support and appreciate what I have done for ‘The Cause!’

I will never forget these individuals and I look forward to seeing each and everyone of you when I get released – to shake your hand and to give you each a hug.

I am now allowed Legal Visits from anybody I chose to appoint as a member of my Legal Team. We don’t have to have Legal Visits from only Registered Solicitors or Legal Firms anymore – which is a really great achievement. It took me a great deal of time and effort of me fighting and quoting “Equality of Arms” – in order to win and to have the right to be represented by ourselves and whoever else we choose! - If anyone else ends up in the same situation as me – then it means that they will also be able to do the same thing – So this effects us all!

Again, I ask everyone who’s been supporting me to please carry on contributing, the way you have. I thank you.

I would like to take this opportunity to ask all you other people out there to either make an effort to put pen to paper and write to me - to show me your support – or to please contribute £1 to my Appeal Fund which has been organised to help me and my daughter.

I have made a sacrifice for The Cause, which I did cos of my beliefs in what’s Right and what’s Wrong – but really I didn’t think about my Beautiful Darling Daughter, Georgia. She is 11 years old and has now got to spend 8 months minimum, without her daddy being there to support her, mentally, physically and financially.

She is a wonderful girl who is currently the Under 12’s –U.K National & Classical, Sequence, Ballroom Champion. – She is dedicated to her training and is a focused and disciplined, hard worker and athlete.

Here is a quote from the last letter I received from her – about my actions which led to me being parted from her, here in prison. “I am like a piece of paper – You scrunched me up. Then you smooth me out and say sorry, but do you notice there are still scars in the paper that you can’t smooth out! – That’s me!”

The time behind bars which I am doing has not only affected me – I made a conscious decision to “Take those actions and stand up for what I believe is RIGHT! – But my actions have had an effect on my daughter!

So I ask all you people out there who ‘Talk the Talk’ on your computers, to please think about me and my daughter and to please help us through these up-coming months – by any way that you can show your support.

I will leave you with these thoughts and I look forward to a POSITIVE response in the New Year, 2012, - than I have had over the last 4 months since I have been behind bars. OUT OF ALL OF YOU REBELS, OUT THERE, ONLY A FEW OF YOU HAVE MADE SOME KIND OF EFFORT – and there were HUNDREDS of people at Birkenhead in March this year – May I finally add that I haven’t even had any acknowledgement or even so much as a letter of support, from Roger Hayes or the British Constitution Group – The man who ORCHESTRATED the whole event in Birkenhead!!! That to me has shown a complete lack of gratitude or RESPECT! And that is how I feel at this moment! I will love you all and leave you for now – Hugs, Peace, Love and Happiness be with you all – Rusty the man – UP THE REBELLION!!!
