Thanks, I had been looking for that information, all I had been able to find was other people's review of the decision. It seems from my reading that he went from being a rather over enthusiastic minister with a dislike for church structure to an absolute loose cannon.
I noted that the review committee went whole hog on him:

Accordingly, we order that the name of Kevin Daniel Annett of Vancouver, British Columbia, shall be removed from the rolls of Comox-Nanaimo Presbytery and British Columbia Conference forthwith and placed on the Discontinued Service List and he shall hereafter not be recognized as a minister of the United Church of Canada, nor shall he be permitted to perform the functions of its ordained or diaconal ministry.

Usually when the services of an individual are no longer required by many Canadian churches they just do the equivalent of placing him on the "discontinued service" list. I guess he must have really got them angry with him.

and since he wants to put himself out there lets talk a little about one of kevins partners in con, his dear old dad, william (bill) annett. it seems he is the foreign money funnel for kevins shenanigans.

Lydia White Calf is the wife of a residential school survivor who put a lot of her time and energy into supporting Kevin Annett. She has given him 10’s of thousands of dollars to fund his personal expenses, travel expenses and the printing of his self-published books. Over time, Lydia realized that Kevin was not behaving in a way she would expect of a ‘reverend’ who said he was working on the survivor’s behalf. When she spoke out, he labelled her as a ‘black ops’ operative- does that sound familiar?

She has got her bank to look into their records and the first receipts have been found- there will be more soon. Kevin asked that the payments be sent care of his dad at his trailer park in Florida. One has to wonder why Kevin never asks that people sent him money in his name.
