Closing in on 2 weeks since his September 17th tirade - and the nothing since, except deleted Facebook postings. I check the court website every weekday, in the HOPES of seeing that he has been arrested and his bail revoked. But alas, nothing yet.

Let us not rush things. Canadian Thanksgiving is on October 12th. Dean deserves one last Thanksgiving meal at home before his is sent to the big house. Rest assured, he will be spending Christmas (for the next few years) behind bars !!!

Or he could be working hard to pay off the outstanding lawsuits and donation as he will be in jail. Hahahaha.

The only way that I would see that happening is if the court ordered in not to be in contact other convicted criminals.

A TRUE story - Michael Jackson and R. Kelly were both up on child molestation charges at the same time. Jackson's Judge ordered that he could attend the Grammy awards, so long as he had no contact with R. Kelly !!!

You know there was one humanizing section of the last video where he mentions that he had a panic attack after hearing about the court hearing regarding the emails, and having to leave the job site to go to the hospital (I assume one of those evil socialist Canadian publicly funded hospitals). Maybe the gravity of the situation is setting in and the little temper tantrum was just part of some psychological process he had to go through?

Ok, so Nov 5'th, a month and a bit away.. and everyone is speculating. Here is my call.. Dean will come up with some wild argument, and remember the courts will listen to almost anything, as they do not want to impede on justice.. This claim/declaration/whatever you want to call it, will probably delay his actual incarceration, but he will end up there. Unless by some means he can prove that he was wrongly convicted. A good lawyer, could get this drawn out for a few years.. (see the Dot.Com guy in New Zealand if you want an example of how to delay things) Or, he does simple .. skip out.. and then claim something about the court not having jurisdiction, having failed to contact him, etc etc.. This I can see happening.. but, mayhap, all things will go as they should, and he is jailed on the 5th.

Well, Dean Clifford has successfully gone 2 full weeks without saying a single word, or seeking any public attention. I honestly didn't think it was physically possible without him being locked up in solitary confinement.

Someone really got to him - be it his webmaster (Stephen), or more likely, the Probation Officer that Justice Chris Martin ordered him to see !!! I would like to think that REALITY has finally set in, and Dean is now mentally preparing himself for his future in PRISON, but somehow, I can't bring myself to believe that.

If so he gained some sense too late to take back that "fuck you" video he made to the court. I think that is going to have an impact on sentencing.

I find it highly unlikely, but stranger things have come to pass. I do however, think that the court should be aware of and take in to consideration the video since it goes directly to his state of mind and general pattern of behavior, all of it not good or conducive to getting the message prison is supposed to convey. As Wake Up has said, it would be nice to think that Deano finally bought a clue, but I just don't see it happening. Destructively stupid just doesn't suddenly get un-stupid.

I used to think that mental break downs were like the ones you see in the movies. . .the subject puts on mama's dress, flips out, stabs one or more persons to death and ends up in a catatonic state mumbling about how he wouldn't hurt a fly.
