I couldnt seen the case on the courtserve huddersfield listings for today, although not all cases are published on there

Oh happy day!

Now things will get very real, very quickly. If he refuses to answer any correspondence from the Receiver, an agent will be sent round. If he does that "never heard of him, not giving you my name" malarkey, it'll be reported back that the owner isn't living in the property, there's just some idiot living there, so it'll be repo'd and sold to pay his creditors.

Hopefully there is some equity left in the house - suspect that there won't be though.

Guess they will just have to raid his war chest instead.

Excellent work MU. Losing the name house is a very real prospect for the village idiot who plasters his name all over social media. He'll bottle it though & cough up what's owed from his Benefit stash.
