Tom Crawford failed judgment 3/9/15 Part 1 & 2

I have just posted on Facebook the order given to me by the court on Friday. I believe digital notice of a court order is acceptable. Tom Crawford, Amanda Pike, Craig Crawford and Mark Haining (irrespective of the mis-spelling of his name) would do well to take note. They are ordered to attend the High Court Chancery Division, Court 10 at 10:30 am on Tuesday 17th November 2015

Post it on a Goofy, he's stated in a witness statement he's the site owner, we could then take bets on how long it lasts before being deleted !

Yiam, if you haven't already, it would make sense to read up on the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) about effecting service.

Whilst there is some doubt about whether Facebook is acceptable as service of notice of proceedings, if I understood what the judge said yesterday correctly there's a big difference between serving notice and making a respondent aware of a court order via digital channels.

Considering that Tom, Sue and Nicole Crawford were at the Ewles within half an hour of my posting a picture of my pie on my FB page I think they'd have a hard time denying they've seen this order. Clearly it's up to them to try that if they wish. Service has also been effected by post to their last known addresses and the order clearly states that I have been given permission to serve short.

Finally, since they have been threatening to take me, and others from Quatloos, to court for some considerable time I would have thought they'd eagerly accept the opportunity to present their side of the story in front of a Judge. Why would they try so hard to avoid coming to court unless they have no side to their story that could possibly counter or mitigate what I have presented in my evidence?

The 'Slip Rule' will apply here.

The substance of the slip rule—more prosaically known as CPR 40.12—is simple enough on first reading: “The Court may at any time correct an accidental slip or omission in the judgment or order”.

Haining cannot use the typo as an excuse to not attend Court. I'm sure he'll try though.

I see the High Court Daily Cause List suggests Yiam has 2 applications being heard today....

Not a name I'm familiar with personally.

I suppose it could be one of the Facebookers who made threats. Or a mistake by the Court.

These High Court "applications", how do they work? Can anyone apply for one and the other party is obliged to attend ?
