On the private forum, Americans have been discussing a USA WeRe hub for ages, the dialogue always starting "Someone should ..." It sounds as if some entrepreneur has actually done it.

I don't think this is what Peter had in mind. He wanted some Americans to do the actual graft of fending off banks, explaining to suckers how to get their cheques accepted under American law, and so on.

But this piece of private enterprise doesn't offer that. It's just a conduit to WeRe Bank. It takes money from suckers and can afford to pay the full WeRe charges with no discount because it has a 100% markup. Nice work if you can get it, because it's no work at all.

The cash-back for gold members who refer new members is another indication that this isn't Peter. Peter would never give away cold hard toxic cash. And the enterprising American (Gene?) doesn't have access to Peter's computer, so can't pay out in Re.

He won't have to give away much cash. It only goes to Gold members, who must have already signed up 12 member. Where does a sucker find a fourteenth fellow-sucker?

Whoever wrote the content certainly isn't PoE. It doesn't look like it was typed using his elbows with CapsLock on for starters, and there are a few instances which 'WeRe' is spelled 'Were' (which Petey wouldn't do.)

Still doesn't rule out he's behind it all - in the face of stalling joining numbers and probably desperate for new ways to keep that gravy train coming, I don't think it's outside of the realms of possibility for PoE to switch to an MLM model - but I get the overwhelming impression someone's hijacking his schtick.

It is certainly not PoE, but it is affiliated with him. From the looks of it, PoE needed an American front to collect the money for him, of which they receive a cut.

Perhaps it is also a way for PoE to avoid American mail fraud charges. Having said that, it occurs to me that should the sh!t hit the fan in America, PoE can distance himself, and walk away scot-free !!!
