What the hell was Dean even implying with that? That a new phone tower popped up out of nowhere right next to the guys house? Or that they installed a secret cell phone tower that spies on the guy?

A Stingray is a system used by law enforcement to track the location of cell phone use. Well actually that isn't that far fetched. Dean's the leader of an extremist anti-government group and he's laundering money through an unnamed web administrator for unknown purposes. It's wouldn't be surprising if they really were being tracked.

Hell, it'd be irresponsible if CSIS wasn't keeping tabs on Dean's crew.

I have noticed that Dean takes a lot of his talking points directly from Alex Jones, so it not surprising that he is attempting to emulate him - even to the point of espousing fear porn, in order to keep up his bad boy image that the government is spying on him and his webmaster.

Chances are, if this story is even true, it probably has nothing to do with Dean at all. More likely it has to do with Dean's webmaster being involved in the Hacker community.

1. Scrawny as crap - get a vet/nutritionist to check their feed, I suspect not enough oil/protein;
2. The boy in question may have a sub clinical eye infection - see what he has been up to in the pasture and maybe give him a shot of Tylan 200.
.... just my personal opinion as a certified stockman. BTW, if there is any possibility you may be abusing your animals I will personally teach you about it by putting you in a pen with one of my boys, I guarantee you will lose.

Hailstorm is an upgraded version of the Stingray surveillance device.

Not out of date. That antenna array looks like VHF wavelength for radio and TV (30-300 MHz) which is incapable of the 800-2400 MHz cell phone frequencies.
