It seems only fitting there should some sort of award given that this year has produced a bumper crop of insanity.

Peter of England has my vote, with Canadian Dean Clifford a close second.
Dean Clifford has a few hundred hard core followers and about 5,000 casual followers. In terms of money, this year he scammed his way to about $5,000 in donations and membership fees.
Now, Peter on the other hand may not have made that much actual cash, but the impact that he has had on lower class society, banks and the courts is huge, and world wide. What is worse is that he isn't locked up yet !!!
