It is unlikely that we will get any sensible answers from Jay for the following reasons
1 - I am simple
2 - laws should be simple so that I can understand them.
3 - laws which are not simple must be wrong since they are supposed to protect simple people
4 - I do not understand the laws which can repossess a home therefore the law must be wrong
5 - anything which disagrees with earlier points must be wrong
Therefore they will ignore anything which does not follow these rules. The fact that there was another warrant is covered by point 5. The fact that warrants need not be sighed is covered by point 5. Anything that we on Quatloos wish to discuss is covered by point 5

At 12 minutes in the full Youtube clip, sweaty Sue says that there is no warrant but then goes on to say a few seconds "They haven't even got a stamp on it or nuffing.... no signatures...." .
So there was a warrant, sweaty Sue was shown it, but she believes it is illegal due to the usual Freeman guff.
I just watched the vid again and this is precedent with a not guilty verdict. This case of the warrant was included in this case. If there is no evidence of the warrant then Tom should be entitled to the reinstatement of his home.

Perhaps if we can tempt you to take part in the very debate you wanted James, we could debate exactly what document that Sue claims the Enforcement Officer didn't have, that she didn't see but at the same time can confirm was not signed and was not stamped.
Do you have any idea how someone can say that a document that they say they have not seen, doesn't have a stamp and is not signed ?
Just what is the "it" that Sue says is not signed and does not have a seal on it - could it be the same warrant that a certified copy of, was produced during your hearing. Also the same warrant that was sent to the Crawfords, which Amanda claimed was a Unicorn and that they would post for all to see but haven't ?
