Remember when Tom Crawford claimed (paraphrasing and my summation from memory):

• The Judge said the bank committed fraud, I don't disagree with that, I disagree with the Judge concluding it was ok

Even while the Judge actually said:

• We are not slaves to the computer, the computer is a tool for our use. You, the banker, should understand where this extra charge comes from, it is unacceptable you do not seem to understand where it comes from. However, that has no bearing on the legality of the mortgage, the fact that Mr. Crawford chose to stop paying, and the possession order.
  
  Mr. Crawford, through his own choice to stop payments, effectively forced the repossession order to proceed lawfully.

Equally in this case: I suspect the Judge made some minor point of admonition to the crown prosecutor (or equivalent) and the 6-crew automatically interpreted that to mean they win everything. Meanwhile, in reality, the Judge never said anything even closely resembling said conclusion.

In short: I'll believe their claim that the Judge said the Crawfords should have their house returned when it shows up in the transcript.

Which I can't see happening anytime soon (either the transcript or the house being returned) as they will have no interest in publishing it and I don't see much benefit in stumping up for another ridiculous Crawford transcript. Especially considering how much it costs for just a few hours, several days of criminal court proceedings would run into the thousands.

She says no further charges will be made against Jay? Well no shit, he was acquitted, that's what happens when you're found not guilty.
